With a compromised account sending out phishing links in an attempt to get them banned. The videos are very well made too, it would be really easy to fall for them if it weren’t for the fact that they seem to exclusively target developers. I’m friends with a lot of devs so Im 2/3

Able to message them and confirm that they haven’t been compromised and the videos are fake. I just really want to know why— what do they stand to gain by getting developers banned from servers? Is it just to troll or does the scam go deeper? 3/3
