@bucees your customer service is trash! Picked up a shirt in the Colorado location Sunday got to hotel went to wear it and it was too small. Went to exchange today and manager said because the tag was gone they can’t swap sizes!

@bucees I had planed to come in and get the next size up swapped and grab some pet stuff and a shirt for my wife and my kid as well as a blanket. And spend close to another $200! But hell no with this easily avoidable customer experience! Still in the area if you can fix this!

@bucees I have the receipt and all. Why can’t you just take the tag off the one I am swapping for?!?! Not my fault the hotel staff picked it off the table and tossed it between Sunday and today! I will NEVER buy a Buc-ees product again!

This will probably be my last comment on the matter for a while. The issue around the theft of our code remains unresolved and unaddressed. At this point, it’s a legal matter to sort out. Saying more only fuels harassment and misinformation. I'm not here to engage in a strawman argument. Our protected works will be removed. If you care about accountability in the retro community, consider sharing this. Silence only helps those who take without consequence.
