Telling white educators their minds have been “colonized” by white supremacy, heteropatriarchy, and economic exploitation isn’t education policy—it’s a demand that they treat their own normal upbringing, family structure, and basic economic reality as a moral defect that needs reprogramming.
Teachers already deal with reading gaps, classroom behavior, and kids who can’t do basic math. Framing the solution as racial self-critique and decolonization of thought doesn’t fix any of that. It just sorts people by skin color and declares half of them guilty by default.
