Started to explore @The_CoachingLab match play cards with @FormbyHC - taken 10-12 cards orientated about a session theme and allowed players to choose or randomly select a card for their teams to work towards Great at facilitating conversation, ownership, smiles and enthusiasm

Loving the @The_CoachingLab Match Play Cards which arrived safely - creativity and ideas a plenty in the deck - thanks @JPR_25 Now, what would work in transition and counter attack games…..

Great to explore the rabbit warren of player player relationships-coach development-co coaching-onward journey-internal blocks-Being Well-controllables-authenticity-stressed PCA practice with @CoachAndInspire #ACP mentor @paulcon05 over coffee at impressive @RHSBridgewater

Thank you everyone that’s umpiring this weekend for various clubs up and down the country - we appreciate what you do 👏 👏

Great day cycling @KielderW fun for all the family @visitkielder

People say it can’t get any worse - I think it could #nadineforchancellor

🤩 How could this be replicated in session design I wonder @russellearnshaw

I find it astounding that the @premierleague and some of their clubs thinks it’s acceptable for players to continue to play on after receiving impact head injuries What will it take before player welfare is put ahead of the result?

Used GKs in SSGs as outfield players this week giving 5 pts if they scored and 1 pt for successful pass completion between outfield player and GK - worked well, feedback was positive and at one point had a GK 1v1 goal line scramble! Thanks @garyjohnsonno1 for the conversation

Been wondering what makes these in the tidal zone on the west Cumbrian coast - can you help #autumnwatch @MeganMcCubbin @ChrisGPackham

Interesting to read about the ‘point and calling’ safety system on Japanese railways to make the subconscious conscious in #AtomicHabits by @JamesClear and it’s resonance with @PDScoach Hot Reviews and Rule of 3 #pennydropping

Why is it @bbctms that when I turn the TV on and England are batting the first ball more often than not results in a wicket!

Listened to the LFT podcast with Andreu Enrich this morning with @FowerakerE @willmurray86 hosting and it was absolutely fascinating - what an insight and informative listen Will be listening again in the not too distant future

Thanks @avesonbateman @SamBeveridge for the HLHT and Deep defence discussion - on the whole we’re doing the same jigsaw but some of the pieces are being used a bit differently @CoachAndInspire

One of the many wonderful teachers @greenbankhs shared this with my daughter’s class - great reminder of the value of perseverance in the face of adversity If you need some inspiration take a look @CoachAndInspire youtube.com/watch?v=qX9FSZJu…

Thanks @russellearnshaw @iansloan_11 for the chat - really interesting listening to your views and experiences of zonal v m2m - what’s important, how you’ve changed your thinking and coaching ideas @CoachAndInspire takeaway for me is how can you triangulate the ball carrier

I’d be a big fan of VAR if any degree of common sense was applied but it seems that’s impossible - the latest Dier/Firmino incident just shows off the ineptness of its application in @premierleague

Nice example of SUP on @BBCMOTD - explosive leads creating overloads - goalscorers coming from deep - and for the defenders the danger of ball watching @CoachAndInspire @spikestweet @benbarnes4 @avesonbateman @cappercoaching
