this post is so stupid, half of the replies are like "Using this will hurt the sales!" as if playing a 19 year old game will harshly impact the sales of the insanely popular new sequel... that's only ever a thing for situations like R4 where it happened during the DS's lifetime

I've seen posts like this countless times and i don't think the ppl that think so are necessarily evil, but i do think people really need to broaden their perspective when it comes to the whole "illustrations are art, music is art, writing is art, programming... Not art" thing

am i evil for thinking hate for LLMS in coding is really performative . ai art is bad because art without human intent is no longer art ... code is not an art form , at least not in my eyes, so why get so mad about its presence if it works just fine

normally these days i don't rly QRT often because it'd just be obvious statements & preaching to the choir, but I know numerous mutuals that Still go "its fineeeee, its just code anyways" to any new shitty project that comes up and it's pretty damn annoying
