Wrapping up my summer project with a website update for SubjectiveZero! Making a harness for live visual effects was a lot of fun and I'll continue to use it weekly for art and weird experiments. Thank you again for all the stars on Github, contributions are always welcome :-)

I'm embarrassed to say how many years it's been but @BlackboxPuzzles just got it's 82nd challenge :) Oh and full iPhone Duo support in any pose, orientation, split, fold, you name it ✨ More to come and a lot sooner than last time… apps.apple.com/us/app/blackb…

The new Five nights at Freddy's is looking good!
Introducing Hugo: the first human companion robot. At Boston Dynamics, I was Chief Strategy Officer, bringing robots into the real world. My co-founder, Farbod Farshidian, led research at the RAI Institute. Together, 15+ years teaching robots to run, jump, and work. So we asked: what if robots could connect with people? Hugo runs on the first Vision-Language-Expression (VLE) model. He links what he sees and hears to movement, expression, and gesture. He notices you, reads the room, and reacts in real time. And he's only the first. Dynamic Creatures is @BostonDynamics' official entertainment and hospitality partner. We're building a cast of characters with film studios, resorts, and theme parks. dynamiccreatures.com

With the imminent launch of Xreal Aura, here's a fun day-in-the-life video of the legendary @nikkmitchell. Fun fact, you can hear me in the background while we prototype a VR collaboration tool with 3D agents :D youtube.com/watch?v=CNfdWmt9…

IntDev is a really special place with great people. You should absolutely stop by if you’re in the Seattle area! Thank you again for having me :-)
The legendary Clem of @sxpstudio came through the office today to demo some awesome AR/VR. The builders are still alive. Lets gooooo

Game development with agentic coding is kind of nuts... In order to calibrate game design for my horror game, I generated 2000+ game simulations with different rules, environments and player personas / behaviors.

One of the key takeaways from this experiment was tweaking the enemy/collectible spawn algorithm. For example: - are we creating unfair scenarios where an enemy requires a reaction time that is too quick - are the enemies spawning correctly in smaller spaces? - what are common ways to die? - is the flow pacing consistent with tension build-up? Obviously you cannot calibrate *everything* (notably fun which is a subjective experience).

Maybe the only way to avoid doomscrolling is to go back to a customized daily newspaper?
Connected my AI agent to a pen plotter to properly draw me a personalized newspaper Using @grok bot I also made a printable version so you can try 👇

XR veterans are hard to surprise. Videos can’t quite capture what Sphenomenon feels like. These reactions can. Without excited developers, there’s no thriving spatial computing ecosystem. @finkd @sama @satyanadella @sundarpichai @elonmusk @boztank @DavidSHolz want to try what got them this excited? I’d love to give you a personal demo.

Between game recompilation mashups & running things anywhere, there are so many fun projects for which you can just throw AI agents at.
WEEKEND PROJECT 🥽 what if you could play Valve’s Half-Life: Alyx on the Apple Vision Pro? without a pc, without streaming, running natively on the headset itself?

In Pulsargeist Reboot, the game runs a live environment mesh reconstruction algorithm during gameplay, which is then used to project light onto walls. All of this running at 60 FPS on Quest 3. (Note that the video recording adds some latency)

While in San Francisco, I finally got to try @GregMadison's mysterious and elusive demo on Apple Vision Pro. I've tried a *lot* of XR demos and it was frankly one of the coolest and freshest things I've seen in a while.

This summer I got to try @heliographe_'s lightbulb computer prototype. There's something special about tech that magically augments your environment without getting in the way. So many cool demos: lightbulbcomputer.com

Two years ago I was releasing an award-winning horror game called Pulsargeist on Apple Vision Pro. This year I'm announcing a reboot of the game for Meta Quest. Coming soon!

There are so many ai-native apps I want to build that would benefit from using your existing AI subscription, in fact that's the whole philosophy behind SubjectiveZero. I'm excited to add login with ChatGPT as soon as it gets released! #OpenAIDevDays
