Simple rule of thumb for repeat prescription ordering.
If you're permitted to reorder, then place the order (working day), and then go to collect from the pharmacy 7 days later.
It gives the Pharmacy team time to get 'everyones' medicines ready for collection.
E.g
Mon --> Mon
