Found myself craving for a new world to dive into during Covid time and that's when I discovered Dragon Age. These games means so much to me and it got through a rough patch. Thank you, BioWare. I hope this is not a goodbye, but a see you later.

they spent over a year patching their companions to be more palatable for whiney players whilst actively ignoring wyll's lack of story so i'd rather they didn't get any other bioware ip, they have writing problems as it is

A purported BioWare developer has leaked a trailer for the cancelled ME 5 on Reddit. The footage, reportedly titled "MASS EFFECT UNIVERSE," appears to suggest the project was further along in development. Its authenticity remains unverified. #MassEffect

i am genuinely devastated over this. regardless of not being in the fandom as much anymore, dragon age is still so important to me and it’s devastating to know that this is officially over. wishing luck and good vibes to the developers who were affected during this 💙

Bioware, namely Mass Effect, is the reason I got into game writing and the industry side of things as a whole. I'd be somewhere entirely different today if it weren't for them. My heart goes out to the devs and my fuck yous go out to EA.

take one look at veilguard's artbook, at all the amazing ideas the devs had and were forced to scrap because ea forced them to remake the game from scratch more than once. do not blame it on the people working there because "they made a bad game", these devs are troopers
