Many of you have noticed that there's no monetization behind the content I provide. If you want to support Tarkov Tips, the best way to do it is via my Patreon or Ko-Fi. As reward, you receive neatly crafted Tarkov Magazines like this recent one:
Don't forget to complete the in-game survey!
Why is it called Sudak-Tudak? There is a wording that means "back and forth" ("tuda-sjuda"). Furthermore, "Sudak" is a fish type (Sander lucioperca) but can also be associated with "sudno", which is vessel/ship.
Basically, "back and forth to the boat".
At the end of the new Lighthouse task line, you'll have to decide whether you're siding with Jaeger or Lightkeeper.
Given the flea prices for the rewards, I'd recommend going with Jaeger in any game mode.
those scourge nerfs were much needed, imo.
fighting that aimbot AI had nothing to do with skill or understanding of the game, just of having the guys at the right spots and being a bit lucky.
The tense standoff in the Lab continues. PMCs hired by Therapist keep interfering with Ref’s operation, and the underground complex is drawing ever more attention.
The in-game event "Scourge Incursion" in #EscapefromTarkov has been extended until October 26, 7:00 AM GMT / 3:00 AM EDT.
A unique achievement has been added to the game, which can be obtained by completing the event task line. For players who have already completed it, the achievement will be granted shortly.
We’ve also made the following balancing changes to Scourge and his guards:
● Reduced health of all body parts;
● Decreased field of view;
● Increased spread when firing at a distance;
● Reduced enemy detection speed.
New event (maybe pre-Halloween?) just started. There are new bad guys on Labs, and a new quest line starting at Therapist.
The event ends in a few days, not sure if that also disables the quest line.
Seen a lot of posts like that regarding PvE money. Let me provide you with a different perspective:
Money isn't hard to farm in Tarkov, neither in PvP nor in PvE. It requires some time & knowledge (i.e., visiting specific locations). Same applies to Battle Pass docs.
Players deciding to take the "paid shortcuts" (be it PvE money or BP levels) often do it for convenience, as they do not enjoy those "grinds" and rather want to spend their time otherwise.
If you've read it til that point, thanks! As a bonus, here's my opinion: imo, working your way up from being poor and running Scav gear to having some meta kits + enough fallback cash is a core experience in Tarkov and I wouldn't recommend anyone to take the paid shortcut ;)
No more free airplanes, unfortunately.
However, for those of you who grind the seasonal leaderboard ranks, there a limited-time buff to the XP you can learn from successful fights (until Oct. 5th).
(idea is probably to penalize passive gameplay for leaderboard grinds?)
Easier Battle Pass grind: you can now obtain those classified documents as rewards for your daily tasks. Works in all modes (seasonal, pvp, pve).
going with the 9950x3d last year was 100% worth it. countless hours saved. (built by @totallyAcRo )
