Trump says Judge Ana Reyes lacks expertise in golf, so her order protecting East Potomac is unconstitutional. Fascinating theory: apparently the Constitution contains a sand-trap exception.
Reyes barred further tree cutting and required 10 business days' notice before irreversible changes. Trump promises an appeal and a November 15 closure. He's entitled to appeal. The injunction still applies unless a court stays it. Even presidents don't get a mulligan on the rule of law.
