be very careful about how much you enjoy having someone or something to blame. it’s an awfully comfortable position to occupy. every failure has an explanation waiting for it, and you never have to confront the possibility that you could be doing a hell of a lot more with what you’ve got.
The thing about luck is that it needs a conduit. There's an infinite supply of it in the universe but if you aren't energetically attractive enough then it just continues to sit idle in the air
You're about to do some random errands. "I probably won't see anyone" so you decide to throw on the lazy fit instead of something that could be complimented on. Day off and you're in the house. "I definitely won't see anyone" so you half ass the getting ready process instead of stepping out of the bathroom clean and fresh
Ok so this insinuates that you should always try to come off a certain way. Yes but out of genuine self respect. It's simply the energy that matters. Who cares if someone sees it or not. It's the fact that you're perpetually telling your brain "I love myself so I want to express my best self. I am someone who is always open to receiving abundance. I am someone who actively wants the universe to know that I exist"
You don't discriminate in the way you show up in the world regardless of the situation. The decision to always try to embody the best version of yourself, whether that's through being intentional about your appearance, the way you walk, the facial expressions you carry as you go about your day
All vibrational signals you broadcast into the air that tell luck how to perceive and approach you. You don't go searching for it or else you scare it off. You just have to let it find you on its own by believing that you are actually deserving of it. And you create that belief through your actions
Act abundant and you will feel abundant. Feel abundant and you will want to take more abundant actions, which will give you more abundant feelings. Then before you know it your life changes. Opportunities start falling into your lap. "How did I get so lucky?"

the fact that you exist as an entirely unrepeatable perspective on reality should fill you with an enormous sense of possibility. nobody can create from the exact place you create from. nobody can see through your eyes. take that seriously. make something of it.

stop giving yourself a free pass to break your own word just because you’re the only one who gets disappointed. you matter enough to follow through for. if you say you’re going to get up early, get up early. if you say you’re going to train, train. the life you’re trying to build depends on whether you can be trusted to do what you said you’d do. take that seriously.
Never doubt the power of a genuine compliment. Entire world could be piling on you but all it takes is one person to tell you some version of "I see you, keep going" for none of the negativity to matter
Don't be afraid to take a risk. No shortage of good people along the way who will help you get you across the finish line. Be one of those people yourself and you simply get there even faster

you have been through too much to spend your life standing over your own ruins, explaining why nothing can be built there. at some point, the explanation has to end. the grief can come with you and the fear can come with you - bring your whole wounded, complicated self you have been trying so desperately to escape.
then get to work.
you do not have to feel magnificent to do something magnificent with the life in front of you.

It doesn’t matter how hard you claim to push back if you never manage to push anything through.

why not you? you are allowed to believe that your life could become something you can barely comprehend from where you’re standing today. you are allowed to take that belief seriously enough to build your days around it, even when the evidence hasn’t caught up yet. you dont know what you could become five years from now - and that’s exactly the point.

what the hell are we doing here if we aren’t going to chase the things that make us feel most alive? if there is something in your soul telling you that you’re capable of more, listen to it! and then go work for it. embarrass yourself trying. spend the years it takes to get better. do whatever it takes to give that feeling a real shot at becoming your life.

Total courage arises out of seeing that there is really nothing that can be done. Holding things together for as long as you can hold them together is a sort of illusion, because you know time’s going to run out, and within a hundred years nothing will matter. You’ll be dead anyway. One reaction to that is, of course: why bother? But the other reaction is: good Lord, if that’s the truth, what fun we can have now!

be scared.
sit in the fear.
let it tell you how much this matters to you. then go do the thing anyway. you do not need to feel invincible to make a move that changes everything.
