Why won’t the PWCS school board negotiate a lunch for educators? Ensuring staff receive a lunch break doesn’t seem like an unrealistic ask to us.

⏰ PWEA leadership provided our salary proposal to the Superintendent and School Board on August 15th. We look forward to receiving their counter proposal TODAY.
Educators are waiting to see how the Superintendent and School Board have determined our worth with their counter.
It would be nice to be able to pay my bills AND put my oldest in extracurricular activities. An added bonus? Doing something for myself as well. I can’t do that on my current salary. #FairContractNOW
