Just a nerd living in London. Feel free to tell me I'm wrong about: smart home, web services, cloud infrastructure & more. Currently enjoying #100DaysOfHomeLab

Day 51 of #100DaysOfHomeLab While I had the NUC apart, I had a go at replacing the WiFi card with 2.5gbps ethernet. Card LEDs were flashing but couldn't get proxmox to see it. Cool little card and if I can get it to work, a 3d printed lid for the NUC would make space for rj45

Replaced variables and string concats for readability. Maybe there are some parameters in the config that are required that I've overlooked?

"Give us all your info so we can sell it!" Hell no! "Give us $8 and all your info so we can sell it!"

I know this one... Isn't it always the last one you try?

Day 37 of #100DaysOfHomeLab - Started setting up Graylog on my spinny disk Proxmox host to save the SSDs in the others (started ages ago, but er 🐘 got sidetracked) - Trying to setup an MQTT bridge. Anyone know if this is possible using the #HomeAssistant mosquitto addon?

I've paid for @IFTTT for quite a while, been a fan, signed up for a paid plan as soon as possible. Haven't used it too much, but y'know, you want to support the service. But you come to use it and, 'oh no, that needs the pro+ plan'. What's with the skeeze, IFTTT?

To anyone who has strong opinions on affiliate links (I am one of them, too): I'd appreciate some feedback if you'd oblige... Are you more likely to click an affiliate link if you have the opportunity to remove them altogether? Or would you just click remove? 1/1
