Lock the initial frame using One and then animate it with SD 2.5. here's the prompt [STYLE + CAMERA] Real raw phone video filmed by a neighbor from a porch across the road, one continuous 30-second take, no cuts. Fern top left and porch railing bottom left stay in frame. Handheld wobble, clumsy pinch-zooms that go soft and blocky. Golden-hour sun, compressed phone quality. [IMAGE REFERENCE] image1 is the exact first frame and identity lock: the old cream-and-brown trailer in side profile on a steep grassy slope, tongue uphill on the left, rear downhill on the right toward the lake, "LAKE LIFE" sign, a piece of firewood wedged under the downhill side of the single tire. Three heavy-set Alabama men in lawn chairs on the roof with a blue cooler. [TIMELINE] 0-4s: The men clink cans and drink. Neighbor drawls: "Y'all are gonna die up there." Man in the ALABAMA tank top: "Hold my beer!" 4-12s: Clumsy zoom to the tire. A black house cat walks out from under the trailer, bats the firewood, drags it out like a toy. The trailer creaks; the cat flattens its ears and bolts uphill out of frame, never seen again. 12-20s: Zoom out. The trailer starts rolling backward down the slope, speeding up and bouncing. The men grab their chairs yelling "WHOA WHOA WHOA!" Neighbor: "Oh no, OH NO!" 20-23s: Just before the water the men look at each other, shrug, sit back and raise their cans as the trailer plunges rear-first into the lake with a big splash. 23-30s: Zoom in. The trailer sinks slowly. The men stay seated, calm, open fresh cans and toast as the water rises to their waists. The bearded man pulls a phone from his overalls and the three pose for a selfie, cans up, the sinking trailer behind them. Ends on three heads above the water, cans and phone held high. [AUDIO] Phone mic only: crickets, cans, laughter, the lines above, cat paw on wood, metal creak, rolling and scraping, splash, bubbling water, cans cracking, a camera shutter click, neighbor laughing hard. No music. [QUALITY] Photoreal raw phone footage, identity locked to image1, realistic trailer weight, rolling and water physics, realistic cat. Nobody gets hurt. No cinematic look, no slow motion, no text, no cuts.

Now we just give Seedance 2.5 both references (the video and the first frame) and ask it to use the 3D animation as a reference for the notes our main character is playing. Add extra details like moving waves... whatever you can think of! Once again, the prompt is in the Space.

If you make music with Suno, you can export the MIDI and generate the 3D video just like I did using the HTML I shared. Then, we extract the first frame and transform it with Magnific One! It’s my go-to model for pretty much everything right now. Prompts in the space.

All the prompts I used are in this @magnific Space, including the HTML with the Three.js synchronizer! Yep, it’s a single file that can sync all your MIDIs. I’ll walk you through how I made everything, including the prompts I used for One and Seedance! magnific.com/app/spaces/a2fa…

It's always the same. First lock the initial frame with Magnific One and a prompt like this: DIRECTIVE: Produce one still that reads as an unpublished photograph taken by a tourist on holiday. Optical capture, available physics, lived-in detail. SUBJECT: The man from the reference image, same face, bald crown, long dark curly hair, greying beard and heavy build, dressed as Dracula: black cape with a high red-lined collar, black waistcoat, raising a gold chalice. Beside him a woman with long black hair and dark lipstick lounges in a black wooden coffin turned into a steaming jacuzzi, bubbling water, also raising a gold chalice. A black cat sits on the battlement next to them. A black speaker on the stones. All of them small and far away, standing on the top terrace of the castle. ACTION / BEAT: They are toasting with the chalices up on the castle, while down in the square nobody has noticed yet. A caught moment. SCENE: The cobbled main square of a small town in Transylvania, with pastel Saxon houses with steep tiled roofs. A dark medieval castle with towers stands on a steep rocky wooded hill right behind the square. Tourists wander, take photos, eat ice cream. A young couple in the foreground of the square, hand in hand, looking at a shop window. One of the shops has a hanging medieval wrought-iron sign, carved and painted wood, that reads TECHHALLA. Late afternoon in autumn, overcast. COMPOSITION: Shot type: wide, the square in the lower part, the castle on the hill filling the upper half Angle: eye level from the square, slightly tilted up Placement: castle and the toasting group upper center, the young couple lower right, the TECHHALLA sign lower left Foreground: the shoulder and a raised phone of another tourist, blurred Crop: handheld, slightly imperfect. CAMERA PACK: Body: Samsung Galaxy A54 Lens / zoom: main camera, 1x Aperture or phone mode: standard photo Focus: sharp on the square and the castle Film or sensor: small phone sensor, JPEG compression, mild noise LIGHT: Source: flat overcast sky, warm shop lights starting to glow Quality: soft grey daylight Color temperature: cool 6000K, warm accents from the shop windows Shadows follow that source. PHOTOGRAPHIC CHARACTER: Worn cobblestones, damp stone, weathered plaster, fabric creases. Grain or sensor texture that matches the camera pack. Highlights a little hot, shadows a little closed. Candid tourists, unaware of the camera. Then use Seedance 2.5 to animate it, you can add extra character sheets if needed. Here's the prompt [STYLE + CAMERA + ATMOSPHERE] Real amateur phone video, one continuous 30-second take with no cuts, filmed by a tourist standing in the crowded cobbled main square of a medieval town in Transylvania. Handheld vertical phone, shaky grip, restless digital zoom pushing in and pulling back, smeary detail when zoomed, compression, autofocus hunting. Grey late-October afternoon, flat overcast light, a little haze around the castle hill. [IMAGE REFERENCES] [ref_1] is the first frame: the video starts exactly on it, and the square, the shops, the medieval hanging sign that reads "TECHHALLA" and the castle on its hill keep the look of [ref_1]. [ref_2] is the redneck man (face, bald crown, long dark curly hair at the back, greying beard, heavy build); in this video he wears a Count Dracula outfit: black cape with a high red-lined collar and a black waistcoat. [ref_3] is the woman (face, long wavy dirty-blonde hair). Ignore the grey backgrounds and the clothes of [ref_2] and [ref_3]. [TIMELINE] 0-3s: Exactly [ref_1], and the square is alive from the first frame: tourists stroll, eat chimney cakes, take selfies; a young couple holds hands near the camera. Faint death metal echoes from the top of the castle and a few people look up. 3-7s: [Crash digital zoom up to the top of the castle tower] Grainy and soft: on the open stone terrace at the top of the highest tower, the man from [ref_2] in his Dracula cape raises a golden chalice; the woman from [ref_3] lies in a black wooden coffin turned into a steaming hot tub, raising her own golden chalice. A big loudspeaker blasts death metal on the battlements. A black cat sits on the edge of the parapet. 7-11s: [Tight push-in] They clink their golden chalices and drink. He wipes his mouth with the cape, steps up onto the parapet next to the cat and spreads the cape wide like wings. The tourists below start pointing and shouting. 11-14s: [Medium] He and the black cat jump off the parapet together into the void. The woman stays in the coffin tub and raises her chalice to them. 14-18s: [Chasing, shaky zoom out] He falls along the castle wall with the cape flapping, the cat falling beside him. Halfway down, in a burst of black smoke, the man turns into a big black bat and the cat turns into a small black bat. The crowd screams. 18-22s: [Wide] The two bats swoop down the hill and over the red-tiled roofs, straight across the square, over the heads of the tourists, toward the young couple near the camera. 22-26s: [Close, phone shaking] Right in front of the couple, in another puff of black smoke, the bats turn back into the man in the Dracula cape and the black cat. He grabs the young man by the shoulders, bares his teeth and leans toward his neck; the cat hisses with its fangs out at the girl. The couple scream. 26-30s: [Wide, zoom out, chaos] Everyone in the square runs away in panic: tourists drop their chimney cakes, chairs tip over at the cafés, a souvenir stand of Dracula mugs topples. The phone whips around while the tourist filming runs too, the "TECHHALLA" sign swinging in the corner of the frame. Up on the tower, tiny, the woman in the coffin hot tub still raises her golden chalice. [AUDIO] Tourist chatter in several languages close to the phone, distant tinny death metal from the castle that gets louder when zoomed in, the clink of the chalices, wind and cape flapping during the fall, a whoosh of smoke at each transformation, bat wings flapping, a cat hiss, the couple screaming, the crowd screaming and running, chairs falling, footsteps on cobblestones. No subtitles, no score. [STYLE & QUALITY BOOSTERS] Photorealistic phone footage, everything real and grounded, real digital zoom artifacts, coherent physics, the transformations are quick puffs of black smoke like a real practical effect, exactly one vampire man, one woman, one black cat and one young couple, stable identities, natural motion blur, the bite never lands: nobody is hurt. Let's go! 🧛‍♀️

Same process as in the previous video. We generated the characters and environment with Midjourney (you can find the prompts in the screenshots), and once we had everything ready, we started animating in Seedance 2.5 (low-cost draft mode, locally upscaled to 60fps) using this prompt: Mythic large-scale combat filmed like an epic graphic-novel war film, completely believable and grounded in real physics: the creature has real crushing weight, every step shakes the camera, every blow carries real momentum and misses the heroine by inches, she survives only by reading each attack at the last instant. Extreme speed ramps from full speed into razor-sharp slow motion and back, bullet-time freezes with the camera orbiting through suspended debris, heroic low angles, crushed desaturated colors with deep blacks, pale stone and deep green jade, hard backlight cutting silhouettes through drifting quartz dust, aggressive anamorphic 35mm, heavy motion blur at full speed, crisp detail in slow motion, constant camera movement, hard cuts every 1-2 seconds, no pauses. Close-ups only on the heroine; the creature is always shown in wide or medium shots that keep its full scale. Use the [image1] image as exact reference for the environment: a very ancient abandoned quarry of pale jade and white quartz, a wide flat open stone floor dusted with white quartz powder, towering walls of huge stacked cut blocks on both sides, clusters of white quartz crystal bursting out of the cracks, a narrow gorge between dark mountains at the back, wind-blown dust. Use the [image2] multi-view sheet as exact appearance lock for the heroine: tall lean woman whose head and face are completely hidden under a hood of fine dark steel chainmail that drapes to her shoulders, no face ever visible, layered torn charcoal robes, bare arms with engraved dark metal vambraces, engraved greaves, leather belt, barefoot, a long thin curved steel sword. Use the [image3] multi-view sheet as exact appearance lock for the creature: an ancient statue of a creature carved in dark translucent green jade, four times her height, extremely tall and gaunt, standing on two long digitigrade legs with clawed feet, very long thin arms ending in long hooked claws that reach below its knees, a long narrow curved head that bends forward, a ridged spine, old chips and fine cracks in the jade. 0-2.5s: [Extreme Wide, Low Angle, Slow Push] Slow motion. The heroine walks barefoot across the empty quarry floor through drifting quartz dust, sword low. At the far end, the jade creature TOWERS completely motionless, half sunk into the quarry wall like a relic the mountain has kept for thousands of years, dust settling on its head. 2.5-4s: [Close-Up Heroine, Tracking] She stops and drops into a low combat stance, sword raised over her shoulder, chainmail hood swaying in the wind, dust curling around her bare feet. Behind her, out of focus, the first cracks run across the wall around the statue. 4-6.5s: [Wide, Ground Level, Speed Ramp] The creature wakes and pulls its entire body out of the wall in one movement: the blocks split cleanly around its silhouette, it unfolds its long limbs and steps out whole and complete onto the quarry floor, nothing of it left behind, only an empty creature-shaped hollow in the wall. Its first step cracks the floor and throws up a ring of white dust. 6.5-8.5s: [Full Speed into Bullet Time Orbit] She sprints straight at it and leaps, slashing at its leg with everything she has. Freeze-frame bullet time, camera orbiting around the impact: sparks, the steel blade bends and snaps in two against the jade, the upper half of the sword spins away high into the air, turning end over end. The jade is barely scratched. 8.5-10s: [Speed Ramp + Wide] Full speed: the snapped blade cartwheels across the sky and stabs into the floor far behind her. She lands, looks at the useless broken hilt in her hand and throws it away; from now on her hands are completely empty. The creature's long arm sweeps its claws through the space where her head was a split second ago, the wind of it tearing at her robes. 10-12s: [Low Tracking, Handheld] She runs, empty-handed. A clawed jade hand slams down half a meter behind her heels, the floor exploding into shards, fragments whipping past her. She dives, rolls, keeps running without slowing. 12-14s: [Side Tracking, Slow Motion Burst] The creature rakes its claws horizontally at waist height; she throws herself flat into a slide across the dusty floor and the five long claws pass just over her body in slow motion, close enough to snag the edge of her chainmail hood, then full speed as she springs back up. 14-16s: [Wide, Overhead] It stamps down with its clawed foot; she cartwheels sideways off one hand as the foot lands exactly where she was, a shockwave of quartz dust blasting her several meters across the floor. She tumbles, plants her empty hand on the floor, skids to a stop. 16-18s: [Medium, Orbiting] The creature tears a huge cut block out of the wall and hurls it. She runs straight toward it, leaps, plants a foot on the flying block in mid-air and vaults over it in bullet time as it explodes behind her against the wall, quartz crystals shattering into glittering fragments. 18-20s: [Close-Up Heroine, Low Angle] She lands on one knee, her hands bare and empty, and slams both open palms onto the stone floor. The energy attack begins: a deep pulse shakes the whole quarry, the chainmail hood whips back in a sudden wind, all the dust around her lifts off the ground in a slow expanding ring, every quartz crystal in the walls lights up from inside with cold white light, and a blinding seam of energy tears out from her hands across the floor like a crack of light. 20-22s: [Wide, Speed Ramp] The creature charges her, claws drawn back for the killing blow. The seam of light races past its feet, climbs the quarry wall through the glowing quartz and splits the whole mountain face above in a jagged line of white fire. 22-24.5s: [Bullet Time Orbit, Wide] The claws drive down at her; she rolls backwards out from under them as they gouge the floor an arm's length from her hood. Frozen moment: she hangs mid-roll in the air, the creature behind her, and the entire wall of stacked blocks above it breaking loose along the line of light, thousands of tons of stone and crystal starting to fall. 24.5-27s: [Extreme Wide, Ground Level, Slow Motion to Full Speed] The mountain collapses onto the creature. It turns its long head up as the avalanche of giant blocks and quartz crashes over it and buries it completely. A tidal wave of white dust rolls across the quarry floor toward the camera. She sprints away and dives behind a fallen block as the dust swallows the frame. 27-28.5s: [Close-Up Heroine, Push-In Through Dust] The dust thins. She rises behind the block, breathing hard, chainmail hood rising and falling with her breath, white dust caked on her vambraces, staring at the new mountain of rubble. 28.5-30s: [Wide, Locked Low Angle] Open ending. The rubble pile shifts. Blocks slide and roll down its sides as something enormous pushes up from underneath, and a long green jade arm with hooked claws breaks out of the pile into the dust. Cut to black. Real footage look, physically believable weight, momentum and scale, every blow a near miss by inches, ultra-detailed stone and jade fracture and debris simulation, dense volumetric dust, coherent anatomy and proportions, the heroine's face never visible, after she throws away the broken hilt at 9 seconds she holds nothing at all in her hands for the rest of the video, no sword, no hilt, no weapon, stable character consistency, constant camera movement, no static frames, movie-level VFX polish. hope you like it! 🫡
