UPDATE: I can confirm that the Ledger supply chain is compromised in Europe as well. @Ledger should initiate an immediate product recall to protect users.
I just purchased a second device from a different Mediamarkt location today, recorded the unboxing process, and discovered spyware once again (video linked in the second tweet).
The device was compromised in the exact same manner, featuring identical modifications (such as additional cables and an LTE module). This indicates its a widespread issue rather than an isolated incident, potentially affecting Ledger inventory across MediaMarkt and Saturn stores throughout Europe (comprising over 1,000 stores across 11 countries).
My initial hypothesis was that these devices were returns that looked unopened to the employees and were just sold again as new however, a MediaMarkt employee confirmed that the device I purchased was not a return, and that returned Ledgers are sent directly back to the manufacturer rather than resold.
Store records show the inventory originated from Aqipa GmbH. While Ledger's CTO was unsure if Aqipa serves as the direct distributor between Ledger and MediaMarkt, it appears to be the case. Given that Aqipa distributes across Europe, any physical retail store receiving stock through them may be at risk.
I sent the first ledger to mark and the second one is going to ledger now, so that they can analyse it.
If you purchased a ledger from anyone other than the official ledger store, make sure to check your device!!

The convergence of the Financial Industrial Complex (FIC) and Technical Industrial Complex (TIC) is accelerating.
First, banks captured your money.
Then, Big Tech captured your data.
Now, AI agents want your credit card details, purchasing decisions and permission to transact on your behalf.
The next phase is AI becoming the interface between you and the financial system via your social credit score.
Who controls the AI?
Who controls the payment rails?
Who owns the data?
Who gets to approve, deny or censor transactions?
Convenience is how people voluntarily surrender sovereignty.
This is why I distinguish Bitcoin in self-custody from crypto, stablecoins, tokenised securities and custodial financial products.
The more convenient the system becomes, the more important it is to understand who controls it.

PSA: Trezor and OneKey were sold by the same reseller named CryptoBillis.
Ledger is investigating reports of loss of funds from users in South East Asia who purchased products from a reseller named CryptoBillis. As a precaution, and pending the results of our investigation, we have asked CryptoBilis to pause all sales and shipments of Ledger devices. We recommend Ledger users who purchased from this reseller in the last 90 days to not initiate set up if you have not done so yet. If you have set up your Ledger device, consider moving assets to a new Ledger signer (with new seed). We will continue to inform customers of updates as the investigation progresses.

Urgent security advisory for iOS users!
Install the latest iOS update immediately. Security researchers report that financially motivated attackers are now using a complete, in-the-wild exploit chain that can quietly steal cryptocurrency private keys and mnemonic seed phrases from iPhones.
The reported attack begins when a target is socially engineered into opening a malicious page in Safari. That page is said to abuse a memory-corruption flaw in WebKit / JavaScriptCore to gain arbitrary read/write access from JavaScript, then bypass Pointer Authentication Codes (PAC) to run native code, break out of the WebContent sandbox, and escalate to kernel/root privileges.
With that access, attackers can pull data from the device Keychain and from local crypto wallet apps.
The claimed impact range is iOS 13 through iOS 26.5; that range has not been independently confirmed in full. Until more is known, treat any unpatched device as potentially exposed and update as soon as a newer build is available. Also avoid untrusted links in Safari, especially if you keep wallet keys or seed phrases on the phone.

If my life was shit heres what I'd do
- go to bed at 9pm
- before bed read a book, meditate, pray, set an intention for where you want your life to go
- wake up at 5am and do the same thing
- dont scroll on social media more than 15 mins a day
- find a job where you can work remote
- stop poisoning yourself with seed oils, endocrine disruptors and junk food
- move somewhere aligned with your health, where you can lower stress and focus on something higher
- read lots of books & follow your interests
- start writing, producing, creating
- fix hormones
- stop chasing casual sex
- steak, liver, oysters, lots of sunlight
- monk mode: no drinking, no weed, no partying
- spend lots of time in silence reprogramming all of your limiting beliefs
It's impossible to not build a better future once you raise your energy and vibration enough
What did I miss?
My wife and I, with the help of some community members, have started a crowdfunding campaign to buy supplies to donate to Venezuela.
We are two Venezuelans living in Spain, and it breaks our hearts to see the tragedy that has unfolded in our country and to feel completely helpless. We wanted to donate, but since we have been living exclusively on Bitcoin for quite some time now, it has been impossible to find an NGO that accepts Bitcoin donations. Because of this, we decided to take matters into our own hands.
All the funds raised will be used to buy the items that are needed right now:
Non-perishable food
Medicine and first-aid supplies
Hygiene products
Flashlights and batteries
Everything we manage to buy will be taken to a collection center, where they will handle delivering it directly to those affected.
Here is the link for anyone who wants to lend a hand:

Upgrading Bitcoin to be quantum safe is no longer optional.
"but the threat is overblown!!"
All that matters is the perception of the threat.
And right now, the perception of the threat is enough to scare serious capital away.
Denial / ostrich mode on this is not going to help.
The good news is that a successful upgrade is a real bull catalyst for an asset starving for new bullish catalysts.
And it's something that is entirely in our control.
But we need rapid progress on this.
And that starts with all of us acknowledging the threat.
Or at the very least, acknowledging the reality of the perception of the threat.
The fact that we're below the 2021 highs after the most bullish developments imaginable (massive ETF inflows, non-stop buying from Saylor...) is proof that something is broken.
Quantum safe Bitcoin is a $1 million+ asset.
Quantum vulnerable Bitcoin is not.
Humanity needs finite money that cannot be seized or debased.
If quantum risk removes seizure resistance, then Bitcoin cannot fulfill its promise.
Simple as that.

The analytical boomer and the cloutmaxxing zoomer is a powerful combo. There are old white guys like this in most cities. They’re hiding in Facebook groups and comments sections of local newspaper websites. Find them and boost their research.
🚨 Here is the full 42 minutes of my crew and I exposing Minnesota fraud, this might be my most important work yet. We uncovered over $110,000,000 in ONE day. Like it and share it around like wildfire! Its time to hold these corrupt politicians and fraudsters accountable
We ALL work way too hard and pay too much in taxes for this to be happening, the fraud must be stopped.

He is the lighthouse in this chaos we are witnessing.
They want us to hate the "Woke Lefty Libs", the same way they want them to hate us "Far-Rights"
In the middle of it all is the monster.
Its the monster that we should all be focusing on
