i joined a pool leauge full of cis women and it is probably one of the best things ive ever done for my mental health. the trans community, specifically online, makes me want to just go back to pretending to be a man. at least then i wouldnt have to deal with shit like this.
too many people expect WAY too much from trans women and want us to be their mommies to hold their hands, while treating us like shit and shoving us in front of every truck that passes for no reason other than "i actually did that to help him, i mean her, fight for her rights"
feeling pretty dysphoric over my haircut and realizing it was probably not my best idea but then getting gender euphoria because processing trauma and then cutting your hair short is a woman trademark
stop drawing trans women as men. stop calling us amab. stop calling us male. stop saying we are male socialized. stay out of our business entirely if you feel the desire to do any of these. you arent "smashing the patriarchy" and it isnt the job of trans women to do so anyways.
you might want trans women to be at the front of every political thing you can imagine but some of us transitioned just to be women. leave me alone and stop being weird about me and my body.
i turn 31 this month. dude i am going to be so good at being 31. everyone is going to be like "have you seen terra? shes 31 and so cool." and then when everyone least expects it, im going to be 32.
this isnt a transition timeline btw. these were both taken in the last couple months. and the left one is the newer one.

i got a discount because im "funny" but im just autistic i think
avenged sevenfold was my favorite band as a kid. when i got a little older i went "oh... wait" and stopped listening. then i got a little older and said "people can change probably" but then i got even older and went "oh.... wait"
i like my short haircut. it looks cute. the only thing that sucks is i went from being gendered as a woman 90% of the time to being gendered as a man 90% of the time. it'll grow back and it was kind of destroyed from depression anyways so im not stressing too much but damn.
its unfortunate because i think i look really good with short hair. apparently others do too because strangers have been complimenting my appearance CONSTANTLY. but its pretty much all gay men and straight women which just makes it feel bad and not like compliments at all.
the problem is you can find the "puppygirl/boy" stuff mildly annoying or whatever but any attempt at bullying them is met with them liking the bullying. so youre just forced to just go "oh. ok." otherwise youre participating.
