I think it works pretty well for occasional riders who live here. Ie, people for whom it makes sense to keep a few $ on @SEPTAKey Travel Wallet. RR originating in CC is a little confusing for tourists. But SEPTA is actively hostile to visitors who ride RR starting inbound.

Hey @PhilaCourtsJury why is my attorney girlfriend (ie, unlikely to get empaneled) getting a summons almost exactly a year since she last served, while I'm over here eager to serve & haven't had a summons in nearly a decade?!
I was so hopeful that @PhilaCourtsJury 's restoration of my name to the list of eligible jurors had borne fruit when I first picked up the mail! No such luck, but looking forward to hearing about @jaredhtayl0r's first jury duty experience!

Victims need to be better cared for by our justice system. But the purpose of having a court system is to seek the best outcome for *society*, not to seek retribution on behalf of individual victims or survivors. Capital punishment benefits noone.
