Wright called them nanopayments: payments so small a machine can pay per packet, per file, per second of compute. No invoice, no account, no minimum. That economy needs cash at a fraction of a cent. #BSV

so a t-shirt and thick cost or raincoat doesn't "block the gate" but a piece of tape does? ficking bs lmao
place a small square of medical tape directly over your belly button.
If you do not have tape, a single drop of an ancient resin oil like frankincense works as a highly protective frequency barrier.
I learned the most powerful energetic boundary from a practitioner who treated thousands of chronically exhausted people.
she never walked into a crowded room without doing one specific physical thing..
She taped her navel.
Modern science views the belly button as nothing more than a biological scar.
It is the exact place you received all your nutrients, blood, and initial emotions in the womb.
but in ancient Eastern medicine, this point is called the Shen Que.
ıt translates directly to the Spirit Gate.
Even after the physical umbilical cord is cut, this energetic portal remains completely open.
Your gut contains a massive network of neurons, often called the second brain.
It is highly receptive to the invisible frequencies around you.
When you walk into a toxic office or sit next to an aggressive person, your navel acts as an energetic sponge.
It actively pulls in the dense, chaotic emotional debris of the room.
this is the exact reason you feel physical nausea, sudden anxiety, or deep exhaustion in your stomach after a heavy argument.
You are literally digesting other people's emotional baggage.
Ancient martial artists understood this vulnerability perfectly.
They wrapped their waists tightly with thick cloth sashes before combat.
They were not just protecting their physical organs.
they were sealing their central energetic gateway from the invasive energy of their opponents.
You can apply this same ancient defense mechanism today with zero effort.
before you step into a crowded subway, a tense family gathering, or a highly draining work environment, place a small square of medical tape directly over your belly button.
If you do not have tape, a single drop of an ancient resin oil like frankincense works as a highly protective frequency barrier.
It sounds absurdly simple.
But you are creating a literal, physical boundary over your most vulnerable energetic receptor.
Your nervous system immediately registers this physical shield and stops scanning the room for subtle threats.
You instantly stop absorbing the heavy static of the crowd.
You keep your life force entirely contained within your own physical vessel.
The modern world is designed to slowly pull your energy outward..
You have to consciously choose to keep it in
seal the gate tomorrow morning and notice how much power you bring back home with you.

prebiotic supplementation increased Bifidobacterium counts by 133% over 2 weeks in a clinical trial. the same probiotic bacteria that supplements try to introduce at the cost of $40 per month can be multiplied from the existing population by feeding them for $5 per month:
80% of people taking probiotics don't know that the bacteria in their supplement will die within days if they don't feed them. probiotics are living organisms. they need food. the food they need is called prebiotics and it is the missing half of every gut health protocol. the $40 probiotic you're taking is introducing bacteria into a gut that has nothing for them to eat. they arrive. they starve. they die. you buy another bottle
probiotics are the bacteria. prebiotics are the food the bacteria eat. the distinction is so important and so universally misunderstood that the entire probiotic supplement industry has built itself on selling the bacteria without selling the food. the bacteria need specific types of fiber (fructooligosaccharides/FOS, galactooligosaccharides/GOS, and inulin) that the human digestive system cannot break down but the beneficial bacteria can. the fiber reaches the colon intact. the bacteria ferment it. the fermentation produces short chain fatty acids (SCFAs). the SCFAs are the actual health product. the bacteria are the factory. the prebiotics are the raw material. no raw material, no product
the mechanism: beneficial gut bacteria (Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus) ferment prebiotic fiber and produce 3 critical short chain fatty acids: butyrate (repairs the gut lining, reduces inflammation, feeds colonocytes), propionate (regulates cholesterol synthesis and gluconeogenesis in the liver), and acetate (crosses the blood brain barrier and reduces appetite signaling). these 3 SCFAs are responsible for the majority of health benefits attributed to "gut health." the probiotics don't produce the benefits. the SCFAs that the probiotics produce when properly fed produce the benefits
- butyrate (produced from prebiotic fermentation) is the primary fuel source for colonocytes (the cells lining the colon). insufficient butyrate leads to a weakened gut lining (leaky gut), increased inflammation, and impaired nutrient absorption. the gut lining repair that most protocols attempt is driven by butyrate production which is driven by prebiotic intake
- prebiotic supplementation increased Bifidobacterium counts by 133% over 2 weeks in a clinical trial. the same probiotic bacteria that supplements try to introduce at the cost of $40 per month can be multiplied from the existing population by feeding them for $5 per month
- a meta analysis of 26 randomized controlled trials found prebiotic supplementation significantly improved calcium absorption (by 20%), reduced blood triglycerides, and improved markers of immune function. the improvements were attributed to SCFA mediated mechanisms
- the modern Western diet provides approximately 15g of fiber per day. the recommended intake for optimal prebiotic function is 25 to 38g per day. the deficit (10 to 23g daily) means the beneficial gut bacteria are chronically underfed in most people. the bacteria are present. the food is absent. the factory has workers but no materials
- taking a probiotic without a prebiotic is like planting seeds in sand. the organisms need substrate to survive. the clinical trials that show probiotic benefits almost always include prebiotic co supplementation or instruct participants to eat high fiber diets. the trials that show probiotics "don't work" typically don't control for prebiotic intake. the variable that determines whether probiotics work is whether you feed them
- top prebiotic food sources: chicory root (64.6% inulin by weight), Jerusalem artichoke (31.5% inulin), garlic (17.5% FOS), onion (8.6% FOS), banana (0.5% FOS). the cheapest prebiotic strategy is eating more garlic and onions. the easiest supplemental prebiotic is inulin powder ($8 for a 2 month supply)
the probiotic industry generates $65 billion annually selling live bacteria to consumers without adequately communicating that the bacteria require specific food to survive and produce benefits. the industry's growth depends on repeat purchases of bacteria that die because they're not fed. a $8 bag of inulin powder would make the $40 probiotic bottle 5 times more effective. the industry doesn't bundle them because the inulin would reduce the repurchase rate of the probiotic
take 5 to 10g of prebiotic fiber daily. sources: inulin powder ($8 per month, mix into coffee, smoothies, or water; it dissolves clear and is tasteless), FOS powder ($10 per month), or simply increase dietary intake of garlic, onions, leeks, asparagus, and bananas. start at 3g per day and increase by 2g per week (rapid introduction causes gas and bloating as the bacteria adjust to the new food supply). the gas at the beginning is the bacteria eating. the gas decreases as the population stabilizes. effects on digestion within 1 to 2 weeks. effects on mood and immune function at 4 to 8 weeks. NOW Foods inulin and Hyperbiotics prebiotic powder are reliably sourced. $8 to $12 for a 2 month supply
the $40 probiotic you're taking is introducing bacteria that will starve unless you feed them. the food they need costs $0.13 per day. the missing half of every gut health protocol is a fiber that dissolves in water, has no taste, and costs less than the water you dissolve it in. and the $65 billion probiotic industry has never put "you also need prebiotics for this to work" on the label because the bacteria dying is what makes you buy another bottle.

It feels like removing a dagger from my leg.
Headache. Dysphoria. Flatness. Hearing phantom iPhone dings in my sleep.
Days 1-3 were more of a rush. I felt light and free.
On day 4, the withdrawals began. I've never had to kick something like this before.
Screens are a legit addiction.
I'm curious to see if the month 6 PET scan shows enhanced metabolism in regions that improve in drug addicts who quit like the thalamus, frontal cortex, and striatum (reward circuit).
There are no PET studies of people quitting screens, so Dr. Eber and I are breaking new ground.
Image attached is baseline PET (F18 tracer). That's one of a few scans I'm tracking.

"I discovered that ivermectin can help increase and restore Bifidobacteria"...
📌📌 Six effects of Bifidobacteria on the body...
• Suppress harmful bacteria in the intestines
• Regulate immune function
• Strengthen intestinal barrier function
• Improve constipation and intestinal conditions
• Support the production of short-chain fatty acids and regulate inflammation
• Support the overall balance of intestinal bacteria.

It’s HUS and What is Strictly Avoided in HUS-
❌•Antibiotics: killing the E. coli bacteria with antibiotics causes them to rupture, releasing a massive wave of Shiga toxin that worsens kidney damage.
❌•Anti-diarrheal medications: Medicines like loperamide (Imodium) slow down the gut. This traps the bacteria and toxins inside the digestive system longer, increasing the amount of toxin absorbed into the bloodstream.

Block disclosed the $764M as an agreement in principle with DOJ in its Q3 results on 3 Nov, so the final terms and any monitor are still to come. The line in it that matters for any new payments app is the backlog of unreviewed alerts. That is a staffing decision, made long before a regulator shows up.
