We visited @McrMuseum yesterday 🤗 I hadn’t properly considered the importance of the South Asian Gallery to my 2nd gen immigrant kids, so it was beautiful to hear my daughter shout “Hey, South Asian! That’s us isn’t it?!” 🥰

Going to this exhibition @McrMuseum was insightful and necessary. I was overcome with emotions of how the younger version of me would have loved to learn about who I was!
I will continue this through education and make students aware of what I so desperately needed!
