Got some coaching slots free, so I’m giving out two at a discounted rate. All you gotta do is reply with your goal physique and your biggest motivation to get there!

I learned so many things in this prep. Would really like to use them in my own coaching. It’s gonna be an interesting time

I’m about to hit the stage tomorrow. Laying in bed restless, I keep thinking how much this has absorbed me. Especially these last few days. It wasn’t an easy prep, or an easy time. Regardless of the result, I’m happy I got to do it. Now, let’s deliver the showstopper.

Thank you all for your support and love. This is why I fell in love with fitness. To be someone even one person looks up to. And to be able to help and change people’s lives. Believe it or not that’s what drives me the most. I started this to prove I could do it, and now I did.
