In Pakistan, the bigger the degree, the further the job: unemployment is 7.1% overall, 10.8% for graduates and 23.8% for women with degrees (PBS LFS 2024–25).

The numbers: over 30 days to 13 Oct, our team's Claude Code use was worth $36,820 at Anthropic's published API prices. We paid $2,300 for the seats.
That ratio has a name too: seat yield. Ours was about 16×.
So I built it into OPSY, our agency's operations platform. Anyone picks an agent and a client, and the job goes to a colleague's workspace. It runs on that person's own Claude seat during the shared working day. The report comes back to whoever asked.
The problem: with the API, every AI job adds to the bill. A seat costs the same whether its owner runs one job a month or fifty, but it only works for that one person.
Our AI capacity was already bought. It just couldn't follow the work.
Most contractors get a monthly marketing report. Most have stopped reading it.
