Big shout out to the photo editors who say or text you "good job" or "nice work" or otherwise acknowledge you after you've photographed an assignment for them. It's a very small sign of respect — and I eat it up every time (because it's so rare!). So thanks. You know who you are.

#SCOTUSHearings as seen through the eyes of @cherissmay 😍
All too easy to focus on the bad actors rather than #KetanjiBrownJackson herself and her poise, restraint, and grace under fire. Clearly what @cherissmay is dialing into. Also, sweet photo of mother and daughter. @nytimes.
"Whenever I'm making photos I see it as an opportunity to shift the narrative & create work that is true to my identity"
For #BHM we asked AC members to share how they're making history & @sbmaneyphoto went on to do EXACTLY that!
