Serviced the floppy drive, removed a malfunctioning miniscribe HD, and found a weird shareware games floppy disk. This is a 4MB SE I've had since 2000 or so, but had never actually dealt with it.

That little nugget, along with a litter of dust bunnies was problem no.1. Gave this a little more tension too. But also the platter spinner motor isn't working. Can't find any guides out there, any tips? (PS this was full of dust bunnies)

An Epson 10000 XL! I said no at first because I really didn't want to spend the money, but she gave me a ridiculous price I couldn't refuse (and in all fairness I told her what she could get for it), so here it is. Remarkable machine, especially for things that are *slightly* 3D.

Twitter alternatives = confusing. To hedge, I want to get WordPress or similar installed on my domain and just put stuff there and link to those posts. Is this a terrible idea, and if not would someone out there (for $) be willing to help with a WordPress install?
