Nobody prepares you for how much quieter you become in your 30s ! You stop needing to be seen, chosen, understood or validated ! You just want to feel rested, regulated, grounded & at peace !

life is funny bc I’m 39, single w 2 kids, and the world will tell you that’s tragic. but I genuinely love my life. I accepted being married to their dad would have ruined my life so I did what I needed to do to make it work w/o that & now we thriving. took a min but LIFE IS GREAT
