Fears gets 4 rebounds and goes over. Love those low lines where guys do well cashing them.
There’s talks about the Pelicans moving on from veteran guards like Murray and Poole so Fears can flourish. Looking at his lines I don’t hate his rebounds for today.
Jeremiah Fears Over 2.5 Rebounds
- over in 2/3 games and just played the Nuggets and had 6 rebounds
- Nuggets have allowed the last 6 guards to all go over their rebounds line
- Fears also went over in 2/3 vs them last year
An interesting Guard/SF for the Pelicans that rebounds well also in Ben Mathurin and a lot of books are gatekeeping his 2.5 Rebounds line. Last 3 SF have hit their Rebounds vs the Nuggets as well.
The lakers use of Walker Kessler needs to be studied. Shaq called him the best big man in the NBA at one point. He had 3 1st quarter points on one shot and just bricked two free throws to go under on points. Lakers just aren’t using him like their first two games.
With Luka ruled out and everyone running to Austin Reaves, gotta think this is a good spot for Walker Kessler to have a great game vs the Clippers who are allowing the most points at the rim.

He’s already played the Clippers this season and had 4 in the 1st Quarter and finished with 22 points on 10/14 shooting.
These past 2 games, Luka has been taking a ton of volume and kind of gone away from that pick and roll game that had Kessler shooting 22/26 in the first 2 games.
