Replying to @thegrowthcoll
just been my own first customer of athenic (link in bio) to automate this entirely.
the 2 minutes is to grab myself an extra coffee 🤪

Introducing OpenHelm: OpenClaw but free (using your Claude Code subscription)
Download: openhelm.ai/

I tried OpenClaw. It is awesome, but token use killed me, and like with Claude Code scheduling, I ended up spending most of my time managing failed executions and tweaking prompts.
I built OpenHelm to fix this. It’s a local macOS app that turns your high-level goals into a self-running job queue, built directly on top of your existing Claude Code subscription.
Happy to answer any questions!

Real pleasure to join @mattedmundson on the eCommerce Podcast to discuss how to build customer relationships.
Most brands get this wrong, and it is a big reason why I launched getathenic.com

INCREDIBLY excited to share the next step for Athenic.
Website owners can now build a much deeper relationship with every single customer
TLDR; if your conversion or retention rates aren't as you'd like, let's chat → getathenic.com

Really excited to launch Athenic today, and what better way than with an all-AI generated launch video!
Would love to get your take.
Excited to finally share what I’ve been building: Athenic, a co-pilot designed to make a 1-person unicorn possible, starting with automating organic social marketing.

And what better way to share cool AI with a video produced with cool AI, so here's a launch video produced using Sora 2. Edited from over 300(!) Sora 2-generated videos, real voiceover and real screen recordings.
how i turn pains into posts in 7 minutes:
1. dump 20 verbatim pains from replies/forums
2. cluster into 3 themes
3. generate 10 hooks in my voice
4. pick 1 → draft a 6-tweet thread → attach a checklist
want a community that actually moves the needle? start with mvc. 👇
1. mission: “help 100 bootstrapped founders get first 100 fans.” specific > vague.
2. place: pick one room to gather (x account, discord, telegram).
3. ritual: a weekly, predictable thread (“feedback friday”, “tactical tuesday”).
4. roles: host (you), early helpers (2–3 peers), spotlight seekers (new folks).
5. onboarding: 3 questions: who you help / current roadblock / what success looks like in 30 days.
6. content cadence: 1 anchor thread + 1 microthread + 30 mins replies/day.
7. first win: public thank-yous + 1 tiny resource only insiders get (template/checklist).
want the mvc notion kit (mission variants, ritual prompts, scripts)? comment “mvc”.
a tiny copy shift that unlocked more clicks for me. here’s the anatomy. 👇
context: early-stage b2b tool; homepage focused on features.
change: headline → “get your weekend back: automate the admin that drains you.”
support: swapped feature bullets for outcome bullets (“save hours”, “fewer errors”, “faster handoff”).
cta: “start a 7-day test” (beats “learn more” because it signals action + timeline).
lesson: outcome + time cue > feature stack. apply it to your hero section today.
want my fold checklist? comment “checklist”.
if you were like me and want to engage with other founders here but don't know how to actually add value,
steal these reply starters:
“you nailed the symptom; the cause is usually _____. quick fix: _____.”
“counterpoint: if you’re pre-revenue, try _____ before _____.”
“story: shipped _____; the unexpected blocker was _____. here’s how we solved it.”
“here’s a one-line heuristic i use: _____.”
“bookmarkable checklist: 1) __ 2) __ 3) __ 4) __ 5) __.”
add 100–300 targeted followers/month with comment-laddering. here’s the system. 👇
#1
pick 3 small, 2 mid, 1 large account in your niche. turn on notifications.
#2
reply types that win: add an angle, a counter, or a story (NOT “great post”).
#3
script #1 (angle): “this resonates—an extra twist founders miss is ____.”
script #2 (counter): “i disagree on ___. when we tried __, we saw ___ instead.”
script #3 (story): “we did this last week. mistake: ___. fix: ___. result: ___.”
#4
track: date, account size, reply style, profile visits, follows from each reply.
#5
timebox to 30 minutes. quality > volume.
content doesn’t need to eat your week.
here’s a 90-minute engine i have been running every monday, and how I've just cut it down to two minutes. 👇
How I've done it until now:
1. 15m research: collect 10 pains from reddit/indie hackers/x replies. paste verbatim into your log.
2. 15m outline: pick 1 pain → outline a 6-tweet thread (problem → steps → example → tiny CTA).
3. 30m draft: write the thread + a 5-point checklist image. done is better than perfect.
4. 10m repurpose: 2 one-liners, 1 multiline variant, 1 question post.
5. 10m schedule: am anchor + pm microthread, spacing by 3–4 hours.
6. 5m engage: queue replies to 6 conversations you actually care about.
How I do it now in 2 minutes 👇
experiment i’m running this week:
athenic pulls a daily list of 20 live conversations worth joining, then drafts first-pass replies in my voice.
i edit → post → log wins.
1. pick one room (subreddit/discord/x list). be useful there for 14 days.
2. log verbatim pains (screenshots welcome). this becomes your content + roadmap.
3. book three 15-min calls: ask “what almost made you quit?”
4. ship one tiny thing someone begged for. show a gif/screenshot.
5. tell the story in a thread; tag the people who helped.
6. invite those 10 into a private chat; co-create the next tiny thing.
7. want my call script + pain-to-feature template? comment “fans10”.
i see everyone getting hyped about a "no-code AI economy," but that's not really what this is.
it's not the magic wand for non-technical founders that some are painting it as.
don't get me wrong, this is a massive accelerator for prototyping.
you'll be able to slap an idea together and see if it has legs way faster, and that’s a huge deal for builders.
it lowers the barrier to just starting, which is awesome.
but the idea that you'll just drag a few blocks and have a production-ready business is a fantasy.
the real value, the moat for founders, is still where it's always been: in the messy, complicated, and unglamorous work of making things production-grade.
here's where the opportunity isn't:
thinking this replaces the need for deep engineering.
believing you can build a truly robust, enterprise-ready agent without understanding error handling, evaluation, and the probabilistic hellscape of AI.
assuming the pre-built templates will cover anything more than the most basic use cases.
and here's where the opportunity actually is:
in being the person who takes the cool prototype someone built in a day and makes it actually work reliably for a business.
in the "last mile" of custom integrations, connecting these agents to the janky, ancient systems that 99% of companies actually run on.
in building the guardrails, the domain-specific logic, and the human-in-the-loop systems that turn a cool demo into a trusted tool.
agent builder gives more people a starting line.
the race, however, is still won by those who can navigate the brutal territory between a cool prototype and a real-world product.
that's the gap where real companies will be built.
the 15-minute pain-point finder:
1) reddit top posts past month,
2) collect exact phrases,
3) mirror the language in your bio + pinned.
repeat weekly.
