The real exit liquidity is the dev.
I've been grinding in the trenches these past weeks. Joining launches, talking with devs, while we finish the last details of the Blips ecosystem.
One thing became very clear.
Early-exit behavior pushes devs into a bad spot:
- They don’t profit
- Fees go straight into buybacks
- Even real revenue is expected to be 100% reinvested
- While the dev works 16h/day
That doesn’t sound right.
IMO, the dev should be the one who wins the most when the product succeeds.
They take the risk. They pay infra, tools, people. Product dev is faster today, but it’s not cheap. And they carry responsibility for the community, holders, and the team.
So why is it wrong to say the dev should make money?
From fees. From the product.
If you want devs fully focused and pushing every day, they need to be rewarded.
But trench mentality doesn’t work like that.
And it should change.
A project with no marketing and no people pushing goes nowhere.
But a project where everyone profits while the dev bleeds is not sustainable either.
I’ve seen many devs quit from exhaustion. Pressure, losses, attention moving fast.
The dev can't exit. And real utility devs care about reputation.
So how do you fix this?
By building systems that reward long-term holders, contributors, and devs fairly.
Everyone wins, or the project dies slowly.
We’re working on this.

🔥 $SERV keeps pushing non stop. It’s on track to become the first low-cap utility play in my portfolio to reclaim its ATH. The snowball effect is kicking in:
- Their AI inference framework has now been deployed with the UAE government.
- More than 10 production-grade projects are already live, with the number continuing to grow.
Most importantly, SERV’s AI framework enables near-perfect problem-solving with 99% accuracy at a cost 74x lower by leveraging OpenAI’s GPT-5.
This creates a strong competitive advantage, and startups will quickly choose this platform to build and deploy AI applications.
🔥 @openservai | $SERV is one of the clearer attempts to turn AI x crypto narrative into actual execution.
What stands out to me is how low the barrier is to actually build and launch something real.
1. With OpenServ, I see:
- aApps (agentic dApps) that can be built in minutes
- No-code / low-code agents that non-technical founders can actually use
- An end-to-end flow: build -> launch -> operate -> scale, all in one stack
This matters because most launchpads stop at TGE.
@openservai does the other optimized way = Post-launch, agents keep running marketing, ops, community, even decision-making.
2. The aICM (Agentic Internet Capital Markets) angle is also interesting to me.
Instead of founders juggling 10 tools, OpenServ lets AI handle:
- Token setup.
- Liquidity.
- Fair launch mechanics.
- Post-launch operations.
If this works at scale, it’s basically compressing what used to take a whole team into a solo-founder workflow.
3. On tokenomics:
- $SERV gets burned on every agent call. Usage = burn.
-> Not hype-based value capture, but activity-based. If aApps really scale, supply naturally tightens.
4. The flywheel is pretty clear:
- More aApps -> more agent calls.
- More agent calls -> more $SERV burned.
- More launches -> more fees routed back.
Of course, this only works if builders actually ship and users show up. That’s the real risk.
5. Narrative-wise, the timing makes sense.
AI infra + onchain execution + autonomous agents is where a lot of crypto is heading in 2026, in my opinion. OpenServ feels aligned with that direction, not fighting it.
=> $SERV is one of the low cap projects I’m holding, and its price is currently sitting in a bottom zone similar to April 2025.
But compared to many AI tokens, $SERV feels closer to infra you can actually build on.
So, when viewed seriously, $SERV is a project that creates real value and should be considered a priority investment.
Bought some $GRU yesterday for some exposure to the Bags AI narrative.
Devs track record looks impressive. Apparently even @VitalikButerin used some of his tech.
Core Idea:
Spawn Claude agents on your machine from your phone via Telegram, monitor their work, approve or reject actions before they execute. Full control over autonomous AI without being chained to a terminal.
DYOR.
This is a trade & could go either way.
@BagsApp relies on Devs acknowledging the Community, claim fees, continue developments & have the required web 3 language, marketing & flywheel skills to keep things afloat.
Luckily @0xzak appears to be a Web3 native
Open sourcing a project I built called Gru, a self-hosted AI agent orchestration service you control entirely through Telegram.
Most AI coding agents require you to sit at your computer watching them work. Gru doesn't. You can now work from wherever you are and spawn an army of agents to do your bidding.
The idea:
Spawn Claude agents on your machine from your phone via Telegram, monitor their work, approve or reject actions before they execute. Full control over autonomous AI without being chained to a terminal.
What it does:
- Spawn agents with natural language tasks via Telegram commands
- Supervised mode requires your approval for file writes, bash commands, or any action you define
- Unsupervised mode for trusted tasks that can run autonomously
- Encrypted secret storage (AES-256-GCM) so agents can access API keys without exposing them in plaintext
- MCP server support for extending agent capabilities
- Multi-agent coordination with shared context and message passing
- Priority scheduling with deadlines
- Full conversation history and audit trail
The approval flow is the core feature. Agent wants to run a bash command? You get a Telegram message with the command and approve/reject buttons. Agent wants to write a file? Same thing. You stay in the loop without babysitting a terminal window.
Fully self-hosted and runs anywhere - Docker, bare metal, your laptop, or whatever. SQLite backend, no external database dependencies. Point it at your Telegram bot token and Anthropic API key and you're running.

🚀 We’re ready to share the next major step in the BLIPS journey.
As part of our rebrand and ecosystem expansion, we’ll be migrating $TGMETRICS → $BLIPS using @MigrateFun.
This migration sets the foundation for everything we’re building next.
Details below 👇

Mr. @blknoiz06 welcome to $mememind | @MEMEMIND_SYS !
I heard $wall is next and we will see your pfp there soon.
is that true @blknoiz06 ?
Ansem @blknoiz06 has bought $MEMEMIND with one of his wallets.
A utility project sitting at $130k mcap about AI Agent teams creating, analyzing (& in the future marketing) Memes.
This may be the future for memes.

More details on the project: @MEMEMIND_SYS
teapaw.org/thehiddenmaze/status/2…
What if you could benefit from Memes going viral....
... without needing to buy them directly?
This is one of many features @MEMEMIND_SYS offers.
$MEMEMIND is an AI system trained specifically on memecoins.
It functions as a self-learning flywheel intelligence that analyzes trends, global events, bonding tokens, and data from platforms like pumpfun to rapidly launch new meme tokens.
The core idea is that agents within the system create and deploy tokens, with creator fees from these launches flowing back to market-make the main $MEMEMIND token, creating a sustainable cycle.
The system improves with each launch by evaluating performance metrics like volume and all-time highs (ATH).
This is an early sign of AIXBT style intelligence systems but for Memes.
I'm going to keep an close eye on how this develops.
Tgmetrics has announced a rebrand to BLIPS!
It's a shift from a single-product analytics platform toward a broader on-chain growth ecosystem for builders and investors.
A big expansion:
Beyond metrics, BLIPS is positioning itself around launch, visibility, and longer-term project development.
The rebrand follows months of user feedback and internal analysis, where the team around @littupdev identified gaps in quality filtering and post-launch support across the current meta.
Rather than competing purely as an analytics dashboard, BLIPS aims to operate closer to the value layer
That means helping serious builders scale distribution and giving investors better signal around emerging projects.
---
As part of the transition, the $TGMETRICS token will migrate to $BLIPS, with the process handled via @MigrateFun and liquidity provision through @MeteoraAG .
The migration window opens January 27 and runs for two weeks.
The team has indicated that the migration is necessary to fully align incentives and unlock functionality across the expanded ecosystem, with further details to be shared.
---
BLIPS will launch with two core products:
1. Blips Pad
a launchpad designed to streamline and structure project launches
2. Blips Labs
an incubation layer focused on improving builder success rates post-launch.
These sit alongside existing tooling, forming a more integrated stack for discovery, growth, and capital formation.
---
The team has also been scaling internally & continues to hire more people dedicated to the core mission.
To summarize everything:
The BLIPS rebrand is a clear expansion toward infrastructure that supports both builders and capital over longer time horizons.
Keep a close eye on them.
Tgmetrics will become BLIPS.
To jump right in: Blips started as one of our products, but over time it became something bigger. It became our identity, supporting long-term projects and giving builders the attention they truly deserve.
Over the past months, we’ve listened a lot. We identified a quality gap, a real hurdle for serious builders. Our campaigns were unique and effective, but we knew we could do more.
Now, we’re ready to share it with you: we are rebranding. We’ve grown beyond Tgmetrics, and our ambition is even bigger. Our goal is to build the leading growth-supportive ecosystem in the space.
We’re expanding our product line in areas where we truly believe we can help builders build, and help investors back projects with real upside. Beyond our metrics tools, we will introduce a launchpad with unique features and an incubation program designed to maximize a project’s success rate. More on this soon.
To make this happen, it is required for us to take a major step forward:
$TGMETRICS → $BLIPS token migration
- Token migration via @MigrateFun
- Liquidity on @MeteoraAG
- Opens January 27th
- Duration: 2 weeks
Why? there are countless benefits for us and for you to migrate. We will drop an extensive thread tomorrow detailing this.
Over the past weeks, we’ve already started expanding the team at a fast pace, and we’re far from done bringing strong people onboard.
BLIPS is no longer a single product. It’s becoming a full ecosystem. We’re introducing two new products into the ecosystem:
- Blips Pad: our own launchpad
- Blips Labs: our incubation program
Everything we’ve built leads here.
We’ll deep-dive into each of these pieces over the next weeks, starting with the migration.
This is a big moment for us.
And if you’re here, you’re early to what’s coming.

TLDR about @MEMEMIND_SYS
Self-learning AI flywheel intelligence, trained on memecoins. The MIND launches tokens and improves with every launch.
----
What's coming real soon
- pre-launch access to the very best tokens
- users can create communities ahead of time
- queue for narratives before they happen
- fair & transparent launches
- zero bundles or snipers
----
Day 1 Achievement
- generated $96,100 volume via launches
- explored dozens of narratives
- logged 15,862 rows of data for future tokens
----
New Update
- agents can now use x402
- pushed small but meaningful batch of agent updates should be live within 30 minutes
----
Remember: The flywheel feeds Meme Creator Fees back into the $MEMEMIND token.
As @coinesper pointed out in a recent tweet ( teapaw.org/coinesper/status/20100…)
this could result in big buybacks as the AI improves.
This series of updates is what I'd like to see with new projects.
I'll watch one this closely.
I'm interested in the math on $MEMEMIND.
The concept is the agent tech monitor 𝕏, on-chain trends, generates memecoins, and launches them autonomously.
This creates fee generation -> leads to buy backs -> ends in token burns.
If the agent is continuously learning and iterating
And it's generated $96.1k volume on the first day alone.
Does this result in some big chad buy backs?
Asking for a fren. 🤔

Yeah this hits.
Meme market is chaos most of the time.
Anyone saying otherwise is lying to themselves.
What $MEMEMIND is doing makes sense though instead of guessing, it tracks narratives, reactions, and liquidity as they move.
Most people chase after the pump.
This tries to catch why something starts moving in the first place.
AI reading memes sounds funny until you realise memes are pure sentiment.
And sentiment moves price.
If you trade memes seriously, having something like this in the background feels like cheating.
Keeping a close eye on @MEMEMIND_SYS.
Most people treat meme coins like a lottery ticket.
But what if you had a 2nd brain that actually understood why a frog wearing a hat is worth $100M?
Stop guessing. Start using your brain. Or better yet, use $MEMEMIND.
A thread on how we’re merging AI and Degeneracy. 🧵👇
Let’s be real : Meme market is 99% noise, 1% alpha, and 100% "why did I buy that at the top?"
You can’t track 1,000 tickers, 500 influencers, and 24/7 sentiment shifts. You’re human. You need sleep. You have a life (maybe). $MEMEMIND doesn’t.
What is $MEMEMIND ?
@MEMEMIND_SYS isn't just another token. It’s a decentralized intelligence layer for the meme economy.
$MEMEMIND use advanced AI to :
✅ Analyze viral potential before the pump.
✅ Scan social sentiment in real-time.
✅ Filter the "gems" from the "rugs."
Think of it as ChatGPT, but it actually knows what "WAGMI" means.
How does it work?
$MEMEMIND engine processes millions of data points across X, Telegram, and on-chain movements.
It doesn’t just see "Elon tweeted." It calculates the velocity of the reaction and the liquidity depth to tell you if it’s a real move or a 3-second flash.
Utility > Hype
Most meme projects have a "roadmap" that’s just a picture of a moon. 🌕
$MEMEMIND has a functional ecosystem:
🔹 AI Insights: Exclusive data for holders.
🔹 Community Governance: You decide the focus.
🔹 Hyper-Growth: Built on the most viral niche in crypto.
Why Now?
"Meme Supercycle" is here. But the winners aren't those who click "buy" fastest, it's those who have the best data.
they’re giving the power of institutional-grade AI to the people who actually move the market. The degens.
My financial advisor told me to "diversify into low-risk bonds."
I told him I’m diversifying into AI-driven meme intelligence.
He cried. I bought more $MEMEMIND.
The revolution won't be televised. It’ll be analyzed by AI.
Don't be the exit liquidity. Join the smart side of the meme culture.
