Overbooking policies at hotels absolutely stink @TravelodgeUK - it’s 1.06am and me and my 13 year just want our twin room - we’ve booked it and paid for it but your over booking ‘policy’ means we are now faffing around - the staff have been great but it’s not fair on them or us!

Loved @magicgoeswrong tonight @henrywlewis was brilliantly funny also awesome to see my @OnPippin fav @GNicoleUK smash it too - imho one of the best character actresses on stage - it was also great to see the SM get on the mic 🎤 when MGW went wrong! Awesome fun still smiling now

Over 30 mins in @Morrisons #StAlbans to get through the self service checkouts. Two staff (who were great but so frustrated) worked their socks off running round whilst all manned checkouts closed - it is simple things like this that make us choose another brand.
