protests in france are never peaceful nor it is a walk in the park, I'm not sure what kind of media y'all are consuming but the police has been abusing us for ever (and even more since macron became the president ten years ago). they shoot us, they beat us, tear gas everywhere all the time: protesting in france is so fucking dangerous now and still we persist but some people in the usa still act like we have it easy to justify not doing anything against their own government. don't project your lack of initiative onto us, french people might be a lot of things but we're not cowards
