The FDIC advising banks to steer clear of crypto is not Operation Chokepoint. Nor is the FDIC “straying out of its lane” or “allocating capital” or “picking winners and losers.”
The FDIC is quite literally doing the bare minimum to protect the banking system from crypto risks.
