As an actress, this terrifies me. My scene partner is allowed to advance on me or touch me in ways we DID NOT DISCUSS OR REHEARSE without consent beforehand?
If the scene is "slow dancing with tension", it's slow dancing with tension. It's not "he goes in for a kiss" unless scene partners explicitly okay experimental or improv behavior within an intimate scene.
What a horrifying stance this judge took to dismiss sexual harassment charges for an actress feeling violated by a scene partner on a "professional" set.

Prison debates focus on confined vulnerabilities and actuarial patterns—trans women's violence rates post-transition exceed female norms by factors shown in cohort studies—warranting sex-segregated safeguards there, not blanket stigma elsewhere. Nuance avoids both underplaying real threats in high-stakes settings and overgeneralizing rare events to demonize innocents.

I say let the researchers do the debunking studies & then teach us how to discern studies so the science can speak for itself. I won't pretend to be educated in the field to know so I choose to trust transparent experts. Show us the studies and walk us through it... Including the Trump x Epstein connections.
