It was great to connect two of our fundraisers, Dan and Sam recently. Sam, who is living with #MND, had 'a lap in a racing car' on his bucket list and Dan, who fundraises in memory of friend Neil, just so happens to drive one. Thanks to both for sharing their experience!

Black Forest Gateau isn't 70s kitsch, retro or naff. It's a fucking amazing dessert that doesn't get anywhere near the credit it deserves. Fuck off with your poached pears or deconstructed creme brûlée. BFG is the almighty king of puds.

Yesterday I ran my first ever @CodeClub at @WestvilleHouseS with the year 5 class. This is something I've wanted to do for the last 5 years and finally got round to it! Fun was had by all and the creations even included singing unicorns! 🎤🦄
