I want to do so many things with my life. Fly a plane, get a law degree for the plot, join the military, own a bookstore/library, do a theatre marathon, swim in lakes in all the continents... the list is endless, and by god I will do them all.

Every single Nigerian tribe gifts people souvenirs at parties. Do you know how delusionally narcissistic you have to be to think that you are the first people in a country to think of giving guests who came to your party souvenirs to thank or honour them for coming????
Now they are claiming gifting people souvenirs at parties is an Ibo culture 😭

Some tribal warlords are angry he is supporting Ugo Monye’s brand lmao I’ve said this a few times; overt tribalism is for guttersnipes, men at the top will always support each other based on interests. They leave the dirty jobs for pigs, which many of you are, obviously🤷
I stepped away from the usual business of governance to walk the runway for the incredibly talented Ugo Monye at Lagos Fashion Week. Lagos continues to grow as a home for fashion, creativity and culture and I am always happy to support the people driving this growth.

They sentenced her to 14 years in prison using Islamic jurisprudence, even though they knew she was a Christian and she had only advised an adult about her faith, yet the world is silent about it. Please repost; let the world know.

I love seeing talented writers and playwrights get their moneys worth while they’re alive. Art should be celebrated, Art should be rewarded with recognition and cash.

Nobody will behead them. Even if you have the sex in a cathedral in the Vatican city, nobody will behead you.
So if two people were caught having illicit sex in a church people will just look, laugh and pass? 🤔

A lot of these "it's her choice" statements from feminist women stem primarily because women do not want to be questioned for complying to the patriarchy. You who once said you won't change your name, ends up doing so after intense pressure. So to cope you say it's your choice.

October 2025 📍 100+ job rejections after securing my UK Global Talent endorsement. Wondering if starting again from scratch in a new country had been a massive career mistake. October 2026 📍 Nominated for the Women in Tech & AI Community Award at the @WomenTechNet Global Awards 2026. 🥹 A lot can change in a year. When I started I Risked Regret the series, it came from a belief I was trying to live by: I’d rather deal with the consequences of trying than spend years wondering what might have happened if I had. At the time, I had no proof the move would work. Just an endorsement, a plan and a very full rejection inbox. So this nomination feels like one of those moments where life gives you evidence after the decision has already been made. And being recognised for community makes it even more meaningful. Through @TemsiAfrica , we’ve awarded scholarships to 20 women starting and transitioning into tech, and supported many more through mentorship, internships and career development. Our annual tech marketing reports have also helped women in tech marketing understand salary benchmarks, industry standards and what they can use to negotiate better pay and make more informed career decisions. And through Shesthatsunchild, my creator brand, I’ve built a community of 10,000+ women across my platforms, where I share my journey into tech, the decisions that changed my life, the frameworks that have worked for me, and what I’m learning as work continues to evolve with AI, so another woman can see what is possible for her and believe she can build a bigger life too. That has always been the point for me: change my life, then leave enough evidence, access and information behind to help another woman change hers too. Now I need your support. ❤️ Voting works a little differently for this award. A public share of my official nomination page counts as a vote, helping create more visibility for women doing meaningful work across tech and AI. If my work has helped you in any way, or inspired you or you just want to cheer me on, I’d really appreciate your vote. Vote by sharing my nomination page here: womentech.net/nominee/Ore/Ba… A year ago, I was questioning the risk. Today, I’m very glad I took it. 🌞❤️
