azelili's miscommunication ACTUALLY makes sense given their characterizations because they BOTH have their own burdens to carry neither exists solely to play the savior for the other, nor is either character's arc reduced to resolving the other's struggles (unlike in tff and hl)
7 episodes and there's no communication except hmmm mmm and to top it of we get an accidental kiss in a ZHU YI drama. Perhaps the weakest link among Nanwu Universe. It's sad. It's disappointing. #WhenImeetTheMoon

and that DOESN'T make them the weakest link in the nanwu universe! i'd argue they're actually the most well-written of the three because BOTH characters have their own depth and internal conflicts :)

i wonder how drama watchers will react to the fact that fu shize is shamelessly freaky as hell #WhenIMeetTheMoon

zhu yi, the writer that you are !!!!!
bener lg, couple wimtm tuh cintanya saling nerima kekurangan satu sama lain. zhu yi nih emg keren deh - hl: cowoknya struggle - tff: ceweknya struggle - wimtm: dua2nya struggle 😭

korea: excels in modern dramas, with talented actors and strong storytelling, but often recycles plots and feels stuck in 2016 china: excels in historical and slice-of-life dramas, with unique plots and stunning cinematography, but its modern dramas and acting can be hit-or-miss
China can never top Korea when it comes to dramas. K-drama is still superior. The storytelling, cinematography, suspense, plot twists and character development are just on another level. No debate!

the day you give c-dramas a chance beyond cringeworthy ceo dramas is the day your opinion will hold weight. both kr and cn have their fair share of great AND bad dramas, so i don't get why this discourse keeps coming up every three business days

why is it so hard for people to comprehend that yun li's timid personality DIDN'T come out of nowhere? she's socially awkward because of her UPBRINGING! she grew up sheltered and overprotected because her parents believed her disability made her INCAPABLE of being independent!

now, she's TRYING to break free from those chains by living in a city where her authoritarian father can't control her life she's mentally strong, contrary to what her father thinks of her. from what i've seen, she's handling independence well despite her social awkwardness :)

who's that someone, boo? care to drop their government name?
What’s the matter? I’m just bringing up a fact about an acid-attack threat that someone once made. Does that strike a nerve?
