Rice Kheer for #KojagiriPurnima / #SharadPoornima. I use short grain rice and pound it a bit after draining the soaking water. Just to bring texture to the kheer. Traditionally it needs to soak in the full moon's rays all night and then eaten as prasad in the morning.
