The Old Trafford faithful showed their true colours today. 👏🔴 Despite watching their team get humiliated on the pitch, they stood firmly behind Michael Carrick, singing his name throughout the game and making it clear where their loyalty lies. Then, as the players made their way down the tunnel, the boos rang out. The fans are absolutely disgusted with what they've witnessed since the start of the season, and they know the problems at Manchester United go far beyond the manager. Carrick has done more for that football club than most of those players ever will, yet he could be sacked tonight because, once again, a group of players appear to have downed tools when things got tough. Another manager potentially sacrificed while the same problems remain. It's a disgrace.

Well Carrick… it was good while it lasted… but constantly picking an unbalanced team for every single game baffles me man.. here we go for another cycle of the “rebuilding” process. This is tiring. #MUFC
