Tried to report this leaning pole to @bt_uk in Guildford this morning. Apparently, without a post code or street address, of which I know neither, it’s not possible to report! Crazy that the label on the pole doesn’t provide its identity! Hope this pole doesn’t injure anyone.

Why is renewing a ⁦@SouthamptonFC⁩ season ticket so painful - every year there seems to be a different issue. This year I get this annoying error message every time I try.

Like many other customers we can’t download any content on our @SkyUk Q box - just get ‘download failed’ This has clearly been a known issue but for 10 days you have offered any resolutions. It’s now time to be honest, acknowledge the problem and offer to refund customers. @Ofcom
