The #mnleg didn't approve $315M in MN's federal IIJA money - so @MnDOT can't use it.
You'll see other states moving forward w/ new investments & creating 1000s of jobs, but MN will be left behind & not be as competitive for other federal grant opportunities until #mnleg acts.
