had a big trip a few weeks ago so i told myself i wouldnt eat 2 days prior n i'd do lymphatic drainage massages to look skinny. quickly realized i'm fat and what i needed was FAT loss. safe to say i had a bowl of pasta right after. dropped 6.1kg since then!
