The glorious fifty is upon us!
Today, we celebrate fifty golden years;
Marked not just by the passage of time,
but by increase in both light and life.
Today, we celebrate a witness,
one whose manner of life we have as an example,
one whom we have keenly observed,
and earnestly desire to follow more closely,
that the same may be found in us.
Today, we celebrate the lover of our mother at Fifty!
We are immensely grateful to God for fifty years of mercy, and we earnestly pray that the next fifty years will be even more glorious, marked by health, strength, and grace for complete obedience to Him who has called you.
