45+ minutes to see a teller at @cibc … and they’ve got security in the branch because customers are losing patience. Maybe fix the wait times instead of managing the fallout.
Been renting an @Enercare water heater since 2013. Last night it flooded my basement. No shutoff at tank=no water in the house. They won't replace it until tomorrow. We’ve paid for this thing 3x over—yet they don’t replace at end of life. Terrible service. Never renting again.
It’s the risk of all IoT products. If the cloud service is out or the company goes bankrupt, you are left with an expensive brick.
Other than that snafu, moving my first year student in was a breeze. Phenomenal @queensu volunteers had the car unpacked in minutes. Great spirit and energy on campus. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It’s going to be an amazing year ahead for him!
