Every 28 day visits is crazy. Years and years of compliance mean nothing to people have their mind made up and who have never had, or known someone with pain.
I wish I never had to take another opioid painkiller for the rest of my life. There. I said it. For two years, prescription opioids have given me something chronic illness took away: a measure of quality of life. The ability to walk, leave my house, drive somewhere, sit through a movie, or enjoy an ordinary afternoon without debilitating pain. But there’s a side of prescription pain management that healthy people rarely understand. The medication that gives me some freedom also makes me feel like a prisoner. Every 28 days, my ability to function depends on a prescription being written, approved, stocked, and filled. Every month, I live with the knowledge that a physician could retire, become afraid to prescribe, or abruptly stop treating me. A pharmacy could refuse to fill my prescription. A shortage could leave me without medication. And because my body has developed physical dependence, losing access could mean withdrawal on top of the return of excruciating pain. Imagine living with that uncertainty indefinitely. Imagine wanting to fall in love again and wondering how to explain to someone that you need prescription oxycodone just to enjoy a walk in the park together. Imagine being judged by family, friends, emergency physicians, and strangers for taking the very medication that allows you to participate in life. Who would willingly choose this existence? I didn’t ask for incurable, painful medical conditions. I didn’t ask for treatment after treatment to fail. And I certainly didn’t dream of spending my life tethered to a controlled substance and a pain management contract. I would give anything to wake up tomorrow without pain and never need another opioid. But that’s not the reality I live in. And physical dependence from taking medication as prescribed does not automatically mean addiction. My ability to participate in the world is contingent upon the very medication that our healthcare system makes increasingly difficult for patients like me to access. Read that again. I’m grateful for the relief. I’m exhausted by the uncertainty. And I’m tired of being made to feel ashamed for needing treatment. Chronic pain patients deserve dignity, continuity of care, and individualized treatment. We deserve to live. And we deserve to stop being treated like criminals for trying to do exactly that.

Donald Trump is going to go down as one of the most consequential Presidents ever. Can you imagine Obama doing this?
This is undoubtedly one of the single greatest moments in presidential history. Donald Trump asked what it will take for him to believe there is no white genocide going on in South Africa. President Cyril Ramaphosa offers a preposterous answer. Donald Trump then plays five minutes of South African political leaders calling to kill white South African farmers. Watch Cyril Ramaphosa’s stupid smile, ultimately fade into a grimace. Although I make a prediction: MSM is going to fact check Trump on the crosses memorial at the end of the video. They are going to say it is a memorial for ALL farmers killed, not just white farmers. They will not tell you that over 87% of all farmers killed have been white.

A Houston mail carrier was arrested outside his own post office with school tax checks stuffed in his Range Rover. Eurey Dewayne Smith has delivered mail for almost 14 years. Prosecutors say investigators found 12 letters in his SUV, and 11 were addressed to the Spring Branch ISD tax office. That is just the tip of it. Federal investigators are chasing more than 220 stolen property tax checks worth over $4 million, missing from the mail since January, then altered and cashed. Families were reporting this back in February. It took until October for anybody to get cuffed. Texans already get crushed by property taxes. Now they have to wonder if the mail even gets the check where it's going. The Harris County DA wanted a $1 million bond and says heavier charges are coming. If the charges hold up, throw the book at him. We are six days from an election, and people are trusting that same mail system with their ballots. Somebody had better be watching it. click2houston.com/news/local…

Our next President….Rubio as VP but he might want to rest for a few years. He has been the best Secretary of State in history in my opinion. Will be a great President too.
WHOA! Texas MOM tells JD Vance her DAUGHTER received a letter telling her TO TRANSITION TO A BOY 🤯 Vice President @JDVance: “Talk to our staff because I’d like the Department of Justice to investigate that.” 🇺🇸🔥

Elon Musk argues that empathy can become a weakness when people stop thinking critically about its consequences. “I think empathy is good, but you need to think it through.” His point is that compassion shouldn’t come at the expense of society as a whole. He calls it “weaponized empathy.”

Firearms exist whether we teach our children about them or not! This training will ALWAYS be part of our program. We don’t teach children to play with firearms. We teach them to recognize danger, never touch an unattended firearm, and get an adult. We taught our boys about different types of firearms, how to safely clear them under supervision, and what to do if they ever encounter one. Ignorance doesn’t keep children safe. EDUCATION CAN SAVE LIVES!

Ken Paxton is the guy who shows up with his lawnmower when you break your leg. James Talarico is the guy who reports your overgrown grass to the HOA.

This is what it’s all about. Don’t ever forget what the Democrats did to our Country — and would do again if given the chance. Vote.
❤️ WOW! President Trump just brought angel mom of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray — slain by an illegal alien — on stage and she said this "If you haven't voted yet, GO OUT AND VOTE...it really DOES make a difference." 🙏🏻 "I'd like to thank President Trump for KEEPING my daughter Jocelyn Nungaray's name alive...proving her death was not just a number." "Most importantly, above all, I would like to thank our Lord Almighty Jesus Christ for giving me the strength to stand up here and share her story and share her name." She is spot-on, remember that our votes can SAVE LIVES. Imagine how many American lives were saved because the border is closed now under Trump? And she knows it. THIS MUST NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN TO AN AMERICAN FAMILY. God bless Alexis Nungaray, and may Jocelyn never be forgotten! 🙏🏻

Talarico is lunatic left
James Talarico: “With every border wall, with every bathroom bill, we degrade our reputation and we dishonor our legacy.” He voted against border security nine times and against the bathroom bill to keep boys out of girls’ bathrooms. He'll do it again in Washington.

You know what's more expensive than $4 a gallon gas? -Paying student loans I never took out -Paying for free food for someone that shouldn't even be here -Paying healthcare for people that jumped the border -Paying for infrastructure in a country I've never been to -Paying for military protection for people that hate us THAT is costing me a Hell of a lot more than $4 gas!!!

🚨 This is the Ken Paxton story the media will never show you. Two-year-old Annalise Camp was on life support after an accident, and the hospital pushed to pull the plug within hours. Her parents felt helpless, so Paxton's office stepped in and stopped it. Her mom, Joy, isn't into politics. She spoke out for the first time anyway: "They didn't know us, but they were there for us. They fought for us." Annalise didn't make it, but her family got the time to fight for her, and they never had to fight alone. That's a man who fights for Texas families when it matters most. Ken Paxton is worth your vote.
🚨 JAMES TALARICO was just fundraising with a Dallas Palestine Coalition coordinator tied to CAIR, a group Governor Abbott designated a Terrorist Organization in Texas. He’s calling border security an “atrocity,” pushing a pathway to citizenship, and looking to Western Europe for “inspiration.” The same Europe watching churches and town halls burn. Talarico + Hinojosa = open borders rubber stamps that will turn into France. Crime skyrockets. Housing prices skyrocket. Texas loses. Ken Paxton crushed an incumbent in the primary. He’s the firewall. Don’t Mess with Texas…. Vote Paxton. 🇺🇸

I have Crohn’s disease and inflammatory arthritis. I do everything right. I eat healthy, consume very little sugar, exercise, drink a gallon of water a day, and take my medications. Biologics, methotrexate, prednisone when needed. For nearly a decade, I was mostly in remission. Then, two months ago, everything changed. Out of nowhere, I developed a fever, ended up hospitalized, and had surgery the next day. I still need another surgery. After a decade, my biologic stopped working. I'm starting a new treatment this week. And right now? I'm in pain. Some mornings I wake up and can barely walk. I can barely use my hands. Crohn's is flaring. Inflammatory arthritis is flaring. Despite doing everything "right." Because that's the reality of chronic illness. You can do everything right and still get incredibly sick. I can't take NSAIDs because of Crohn's. Yet somehow, we've reached a point where the prevailing narrative would have you believe that opioids don't help chronic pain, and conditions like mine shouldn't require them. I'm here to tell you that Crohn's HURTS. Inflammatory arthritis HURTS. And opioids absolutely CAN help. I cannot believe how far off the rails we've gone. Patients are suffering, losing access to medications that help them function, and there are STILL people pushing to restrict opioid prescribing even further. How much more do chronic pain patients have to endure? How much more access needs to be taken away? When will it EVER be enough? I will never stop fighting for patients like me. Because I know firsthand what it's like to live in a body that hurts despite doing everything you're supposed to do. And I refuse to let anyone pretend that pain isn't real or that relief doesn't matter.
