I’ve been building Vaults, a Composer registry focused on resilient installs and making private packages easier to publish and use.
Here’s an early demo the of developer experience, hosting private packages and how that resilience is in place.
Let me know what you think
Been playing with Opus 5.5 today to visualise how Composer credentials multiply across developers, CI and production and how Vaults simplifies the setup and managed to make this video/infographic from it.
You can step through an interactive comparison here:

GitHub’s disruption today is a reminder: your dependencies need to be available when you deploy.
Fresh installs can still depend on GitHub being available.
I’m building Vaults to keep those downloads available independently: vaults.sh
I know this doesn’t seem to have affected Composer/Packagist today, but it easily could have. That’s why I’m building this.
But if you do want a place to look if your seeing outages or issues whilst running composer install, heres a small tool i've put together:
vaults.sh/tools/is-packagist…
I’ve put up a site for Vaults, the Composer registry I’m building around resilient installs and simpler private package hosting.
There’s a waitlist if you’d like to try it when it’s ready.
Would love some feedback from PHP folks 👇

FWIW this is also my first time videoing myself like this and doing it in public 😅 so any feed back on that side of things too is also appreciated!

Model-based scheduling for Laravel

Just released a new package:
🛡️ Laravel Idempotency
It provides an HTTP middleware for Laravel (with an attribute for those who prefer it) for making routes Idempotent.
It also ships with two commands for listing and clearing Idempotency caches, and of course, a Boost AI skill!
Check the package and the docs in the link below, and leave a star to support the project! 👇

Hey Laravel Devs 👋
I've been writing a book with @me_shaon for a couple of months:
"Inside Laravel: the patterns that power the framework."
Just launched the website (thanks to @adamwathan for releasing ui .sh just in time)!

I like planning in Claude dektop or ChatGPT and building with CC. But I feel there’s a disconnect between planning PRDs in them and then executing in CC and then building follow-on PRDs based on previous outcomes, NOT previous PRDs.
Anyone having this? How have you solved?
Whats the default way your using to access your isolated Mac minis etc for openclaw? Standard MacOS Screen sharing over network? Or am I missing something more obvious?
