Hey @USPS @USPSHelp sat here for 15 hours today waiting for my package to be delivered said it was out since 610am. Now at 920pm you update to delivery tomorrow and you wonder why you’re going under it’s a freaking joke

I spent my day fighting with @TMobile @Cigna and @Verizon over incompetence, misinformation, and accountability. This is what happens when companies get too big. They don’t care and they just hope you will get tired and go away There is no customer service left in this country

Hey @Amtrak when it’s 90 plus degrees outside. People are going to dress lightly. No need to freeze them out on the train with sub zero temps. 5.4 hour train ride and I feel like a popsicle and I am never cold

Hey @Amtrak just got notice you canceled my Acela Philly Boston on Thursday. Can’t even call your phone lines say too busy. I wonder why. Tried to change on line and shows sold out. WTF??

I never thought I’d see the day I’d be pissed off @Chewy but that have screwed up royally losing my pets prescription and refusing to fill it because of their carelessness. I have called at least 10x week and gotten nothing but excuses while my pet gets sicker without her meds

Hey @pizzahut when did you start charging a delivery fee that is almost 50% of the total order price? I was already to click order till I saw that and I instead cancelled the order

Hey @netflix what’s is the point of clicking on I’m still watching don’t ask again. If everytime you ask again. The horrible commercials are enough of an annoyance. At least put the commercials where breaks were originally instead of chopping up the show

Hey @AACenter your flight was 2 hours and 35 minutes late making client miss last connection of the night and then you refuse to put them up for the night. Flifo shows plane delayed to AC Damage are we filing that under acts of god now too? What a joke you’ve become
