I don’t usually use language this strong, but this ruling is an embarrassment. It’s wrong that these plaintiffs have standing. It’s wrong on the merits. Worst of all, it’s indefensibly wrong that the balance of the equities supports a change in rules this close to the election.

If you plan to vote, you should probably NOT put your absentee ballot in the mail any more in Florida. Vote in person or fill the AB out & drop it off @ 1) in-person early vote site through Sun. 2) a drop box (below) through Monday 3) at the supervisor’s HQ on Election Day
