Instead of correcting course, the GOP chose to shoot the messenger and double down on stupid. (This tweet is one year old tomorrow.)

Tonight’s outcome isn’t about placing faith in Democrats or socialist principles; it’s about holding Republicans accountable for betraying their promises.
All Republicans had to do was:
1. put Americans First
2. not start another war
3. prosecute sex traffickers

Not many want to talk about this, but once you become conscious, life stops being fun and turns into a prison
Try listening to music
The lyrics are manipulation.
Try watching a movie.
Everything is propaganda.
Your brain instantly spots the hidden agenda of whoever paid for the story.
Try going out to an event and everyone around you is laughing at things that aren’t funny.
It’s like everyone is running the same programming.
It’s a performance of insecurity held together by dopamine and ignorant confidence.
Consciousness does not set you free.
It isolates you.
It disconnects you from the clown world everyone else is still pretending is normal.

We are not going to tolerate threats to assassinate the president. Allison Albro, 21, Daytona Beach, is learning that the hard way. She posted this last night and got a visit from the @VolusiaSheriff Domestic Security Unit and the @SecretService. She said she was joking with this post, she doesn’t have access to a Glock or any other weapon, and she would never hurt anyone. Today she’s sitting in jail on charges of written threats to kill and unlawful use of a communications device. I would strongly advise anyone else thinking of posting a “joke” along these lines to think twice. VSO continues to work hand in hand with the Secret Service, FBI and all our law enforcement partners to ensure this presidential visit to Daytona Beach is a safe event for all who attend, and for our whole community.

90 DAYS WITHOUT POWER, RANKED
You are not leaving.
The roof is fine.
The grid is just gone.
No power, no water pressure, no store deliveries, for 90 days.
In each category we will go from most important to least important.
The categories are ranked too.
The roof is covered, so water comes first, then food, then everything that keeps those two usable.
90 days is what you should be prepared for. Most official lists say 3 to 14 days. Those are minimums, not plans.
WATER
Without it you have days. One gallon per person per day.
90 days is 90 gallons per person. A family of 4 needs 360.
Water filter (a gravity filter is the best buy)
Food grade barrels or water bricks
Unscented bleach to treat stored water
Your water heater tank holds 40 to 50 gallons. Know how to drain it.
Rain collection (check local rules)
FOOD
Rice and beans are the backbone.
If you cannot afford freeze dried meals, load up on rice and beans.
Rice has about 1,650 calories per pound. Dry beans about 1,570.
2,000 calories a day for 90 days is about 110 pounds per person, or four 5 gallon buckets.
Cooking oil, salt, sugar, spices
Peanut butter
Canned meat and vegetables
Powdered milk
Multivitamins
Freeze dried meals if you can afford them
Eat the fridge first, then the freezer, then the pantry.
COOKING AND FUEL
Food you cannot cook is just weight.
Camp stove plus fuel for 90 days
Extra propane or butane
Lighters and matches
One pot with a lid
Never run a stove or heater indoors without ventilation.
HEAT
Cold is the quiet killer.
Wood stove or a safe indoor rated heater
Fuel for it
Wool blankets and sleeping bags rated below your coldest night
Pick one room, close it off, and live in it
Carbon monoxide detector with batteries. Not optional.
SANITATION
This is what ends up killing people in long outages.
5 gallon bucket with a toilet seat lid
Heavy trash bags
Kitty litter or sawdust
Bleach
Soap and hand sanitizer
Toilet paper, a lot of it
MEDICAL
Prescriptions. Ask your doctor about a longer supply.
First aid kit
Pain and stomach relief
Any glasses or contacts, plus a spare pair
A printed first aid manual
LIGHT AND POWER
Headlamps and lanterns
Batteries, rotated
Solar panel with a power bank
A generator is a bonus, not a plan. Fuel goes bad and it is loud.
INFORMATION, CASH AND NEIGHBORS
Cards stop working when the power does.
Battery or crank radio
Cash in small bills, silver and gold if you have it
Paper copies of IDs and contacts
Know your neighbors. Trade skills, not just supplies.
MORALE
Books, cards, games, something for the kids.
Boring beats hungry. Bored beats panicked.
THE FIRST 72 HOURS
Fill the bathtub and every container you own before the water stops.
Fridge and freezer stay shut. A full freezer holds about 48 hours.
Charge everything while you still can.
Cook and eat what will spoil first.
Obviously we could add security and it is important but depending on where you are, what your aloud to have/own I'm not going into great detail on that.
What I can say is have a plan, talk it over with your family, everyone has a job. Don't be afraid to talk to your neighbors you know as well to make sure they are doing their part if you plan on working together.
Feel free to add anything I may have missed. Anything you may think would be of added value for others to read and share.
Book mark this, come back to it, create a check list.
To be clear, I am not a survivalist. This is not survival advice. This is only my setup that I am following with my family. If nothing else maybe just a reminder.

When you see a mom and her eight kids dancing in the dark, with nothing but truck headlights lighting up their laughter, you know she’s done her job right. Not because life has been perfect, but because they still find joy in being together. That’s what a strong family foundation looks like, love they can count on, a place where they belong, and the freedom to be themselves. Of all the things a mom can build, nothing matters more. ❤️

In March 1921, fifteen-year-old Rose Sullivan made a decision that changed the course of her life forever. She did not escape through a crowded street. Instead she walked through the cold, dimly lit tunnels beneath Boston City Hospital, eight months pregnant, trusting a stranger who had chosen compassion over silence.
Rose had been married at thirteen in an arranged marriage to Thomas, a man ten years older. By the time she was fifteen and expecting her first child, her life had become tightly controlled. She was rarely allowed to leave the house and had little say over even the smallest details of her daily life.
One morning she pretended to be seriously ill so she would be taken to Boston City Hospital. Once inside she slipped away through a door marked “Staff Only” and made her way into the basement. Alone in the tunnels near the morgue she began to cry. Patrick O’Brien, a fifty-year-old morgue attendant, found her. He could have sent her back. Instead he said, “Follow me.”
He led her through the underground passageways to the women’s ward. There she met Dr. Elizabeth Morrison, who arranged for medical care, protection, and legal assistance. By the time Rose’s husband discovered where she was, the opportunity to force her home had passed.
About a month later Rose gave birth to a healthy daughter. In time she secured a divorce and raised her child as a single mother. Years later that same daughter returned to the hospital and spent more than three decades working there as a nurse. Rose lived to the age of ninety-three. Looking back she said, “I walked through death to reach life. Every mother does when she gives birth. I just did it a little more literally.”
Patrick O’Brien later wrote that he had used “the tunnels of death to lead someone toward life.”

So Miki watched NAZA, and the experience left her traumatized by what she saw. She’s not alone. Many of us have been deeply fked by this film, and I want u to hear her account.
Here’s the disturbing part: she was afraid to even say the film’s name on TikTok, worried her video would be removed.
Is this the freedom of expression America keeps preaching to the world? Truly sad.
