Ever wonder how fast an airplane is traveling when it lands? This aircraft, N292KF, has a reported landing speed of approximately 55–65 knots (63–75 mph). It might look slow from the ground, but there’s a lot happening in the cockpit!

VFR, MVFR, IFR, LIFR…know the difference? 🟢 VFR: Ceiling >3,000 ft, visibility >5 mi 🔵 MVFR: 1,000–3,000 ft, 3–5 mi 🔴 IFR: 500–999 ft, 1–3 mi 🟣 LIFR: Below 500 ft, <1 mi The most restrictive condition sets the category. These are weather classifications, not flight minimums.
