Apparently I have to reject or return one of the orders when it arrives. It's 2023, how is it not possible to cancel an order within 15 mins of it being placed? Your warehouse will have to send and process a return, and I'm temp out of pocket, what a waste of everyones' time 2/2
Hey @BootsUK, I just got this error after trying to pay for an order. After trying again I get the same error, so I check the orders page, both orders are there, yay! Can't find the a "Cancel order" button, I call CS, lady tells me there is nothing they can do. 1/2
