It is an absolutely grievous, unconscionable decision to allow this to go ahead on a day of profound mourning for Jews; the sorrowful remembrance of massacre, torture, rape, mutilation and abduction; the abuse of free assembly and speech. Suppose a group decided to march with swastika flags down Whitehall on Armistice Day?
I am somewhat baffled by the logic of: a) A march is legally required to provide the name and address of an organiser to police b) No-one has done that here, so...we just have to allow the march to go ahead, then.

No alt text for visually impaired. This is basic stuff MPs should know.
There’s no point on here trying to have any form of debate - the algorithms alone make it pointless to make time to do so as would legitimise that behaviour. But there is another point of view. Posting this here to show it does exist and not going to be cowed by the seeming blood sport of abuse so many seem now to think the public realm.

The ableism is in treating racism as the only conceivable motive for my scrutiny, rather than accepting that an autistic person might genuinely object to false and misleading claims about autism from someone repeatedly lauded by autism organisations.

This is rubbish. I used to work from 2 to 9, and you don't go to bed when you finish. You just stay awake till 2am.
This guy argues that 2–10 PM is actually a better work schedule than the traditional 9–5, and he makes a surprisingly solid case

A few things about last few days have made me deeply uncomfortable. 1. The no of ppl in positions of responsibility who aren't following Samaritans guidelines, which exist to prevent further suicide. Some have unwittingly been elevating suicide as a way to shape the narrative.

I guess Andy will be putting Carer's Allowance up to £80k a year then?

Social media algorithms decide what we see- and too often they amplify bias/outrage, not evidence based ideas. New post by @jo3grace about disagreement and harm in #SEND spaces - link below

Evidence matters. Lived experience matters. And both should be part of the conversation - not replaced by noise, slogans, or performative outrage.
