Four years straight that an @AbingdonXCTrack girl has broken 5 minutes in the outdoor 1600m as sophomore Avery Whitson does it at this evening’s last chance meet!
Every year since 2017 (except 2022), a girl from either Northeast Tennessee or Southwest Virginia has broken 5.
